Room was a good size for a couple. It was clean with good amenities.
Should have bottles of water upon request and not limited to one a day.

Convenience and friendly but professional staff.

Fantastic location, like two seconds from Sendai Station, hotel had good accessibility, cozy room!
Some of the facilities were a little bit dated, for example having an actual key instead of a key card. Bathroom floor tiles were very slippy!

location, a plentiful of amenities, cleanliness.
There is no coin laundry in the property. we had to walk 10mins with full of our laundry to get to the nearest laundry place.
we had two big suitcases along with two carry-on luggage. There is not enough space to open our luggage.

Location
The other reservation asked for a handicapped room and there was no Confort for the handicapped (my mom), we had to buy a chair for the shower. My mom can not bend very much her legs and the brought a very low chair (traditional for household baths in Japan, not for handicap)
As I was sleeping with the two elders I decided to work in the lobby and they told me they would shut down the lights! I have never experienced a lobby that outcast their guests!
The concierge, very good!

I was surprised at how nice it was, much nicer than expected from the price and location.
The wifi had something wrong with it, firewall or something. Sometimes didn't work.

there was a bed and and shower
feels like a 10000 per night hotel not a 20000 yen per night hotel
staff were slow to check in

Located right by Sendai station. We drove to Sendai and were grateful for their convenient 1500 yen a day garage parking. When snow unexpectedly stranded us in town another day, they allowed us to book an extra day in our current room.
Room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable.
This hotel has a great location! The station was right next door. Easy walk to the Parco Malls, shopping/ arcade street, and several restaurants.

I loved the city view, lights of the room weren't direct and so bright, which I loved.

The N.1 thing I loved was that the non smoking room, was an authentic no-smoking room (a problem with old hotels in Japan, specially outside of "touristic" hotels) very nice and clean. N.2 was the Location, hands down the best in town no story (can even access the S-Pal shopping center by pressing B1 in the Hotel elevator!). N.3 is how everything was averagely good and appropriate for the asking price. No complaints really.
The pictures you find around (including on Booking) are an embellishment both in terms of perceived size and looks. Due to this, my initial impact with the Hotel and my room were not the best, however I got over it quick and had a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing location! Connected to the S-Pal mall at Sendai Station and close to the shopping streets. So many things to do and places to eat close by. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable.
Although the room was labeled as non-smoking, there was still a strong smell of cigarette when we first checked in. Thankfully, the smell was mostly gone after a few hours with the A/C on.
