Wonderful stay and great staff who were very helpful and friendly

Beautiful room with lovely view of the lotus tower as we were in the penthouse.

The buffet could have had more options catering for those who had allergies to dairy/gluten etc.

Lovely holiday with family

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was simply the best for a family of four person. We enjoyed the swimming pool very much. An Amazing breakfast with so much to choose , all the staffs are very friendly and helpful .

Comfy stay

Hotels prime location makes accessing most of Colombo incredibly easy, which was a huge plus for getting around the city. The spacious apartment-style rooms were perfect for spending time with my toddler, offering plenty of room to move around and relax. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing exceptional service at every turn. Though the facility is older, it's generally well-maintained. However, I did notice several marks on the walls in the dining area that could use some attention. The small tiles throughout the space gave a nostalgic, homey feel, but they do feel quite dated, and the grout between the tiles wasn’t as clean as it should be. Additionally, the lifts and their waiting areas aren't air-conditioned, which means you really feel the Colombo heat while waiting. Overall, while the hotel has charm and excellent service, some aspects, like the dated tiles and lack of air-conditioning in certain areas, could use improvement.

A great location with lovely facilities.

A lovely hotel and good location. The breakfast was superb, so many choices and plenty of food, very attentive staff. We stayed 2 nights. Fab pool with towels. Great view from our room.

Splendid!

The Breakfast buffet was great and delicious. The apartment was clean, very wide and the view was amazing. You can see all of Colombo from the window! The pool was great especially the kids' pool. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall it was an amazing stay.

Windows leaked in bedroom - we arrived during a very heavy storm, however it was fine during light rain and staff were very attentive to helping clear up the water

Fantastisch! Lifesaver voor onze zieke dochter

Wijn kwamen naar Colombo omdat onze dochter erg ziek was. Hilton was de beste keuze die we hadden kunnen maken. Enorm groot appartement met prachtig uitzicht. 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, keuken en zelfs een wasmachine die we zo konden gebruiken. Alles schoon en netjes. Heel fijn buitenzwembad. Prima locatie vlak bij belangrijke tempel en 10 min met de taxi van de mooie moskee. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Aardige mensen. En wat in onze situatie fantastisch was en heeft gezorgd dat ze niet naar het ziekenhuis hoefde: een in-house doctor. Hij kon onze dochter op de kamer onderzoeken en zelfs regelen dat dat bloedonderzoek werd gedaan. Al met al niet het goedkoopste verblijf van onze reis, maar hele goede prijs-kwaliteits verhouding.

Colombo was niet onze keuze, maar daar kan het Hilton niets aan doen.

My favorite place to stay in Colombo! Feels like home 🩷

The suite is super spacious. Rooms are large and comfortable. All facilities and amenities present. Helpful staff. Pool and play area for kids is a bonus.

Excellent Spacious apartment, fast checkin, good facilities, good location

tasty welcome drink, apartment size, number of rooms, kitchen, kitchen utensils, breakfast, excellent gym, good swimming pool and parking space.

Omelette station in breakfast was very slow. They should have atleast two people at Omelette station cooking. It was very frustrating that they gave us the Omelette after 20 mins. We had finished our breakfast by then.

Perfekter Service in puristischer Kulisse.

Außergewöhnlich mannigfaltiges Frühstück. Tolle Aussicht auf den Lotus-Tower. Alle wichtigen Geschäfte vor der Türe. Schnelle Anbindung zum Zentrum. Für ein Stadthotel extrem großes Appartement mit sehr guten Betten.

Zimmereinrichtung zweckmäßig und nüchtern ohne Flair.

One of my Best stays in Sri Lanka till now , Budget friendly as well.

The Breakfast was excellent with a fusion of local food and regular American with a little Indian menu as well. The Staff was cooperative and very warm.

was a little confused on how to use the stove in the kitchen , you should have a write up on that .

Unser neues Lieblingshotel in Colombo

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Insbesondere Vikum im Bereich des Restaurants und am Pool und Umesch im Housekeeping waren sehr aufmerksam und immer zur Stelle. Das Haus liegt zentral, viele Restaurants, Shoppingcenter, Krankenhäuser und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind entweder zu Fuß oder mit einer kurzen Tukttukfahrt zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant (Buffet) war gut.Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, könnte aber noch abwechslungsreicher sein.

Die Betten könnten etwas weicher sein, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Es gibt für das große Haus nur drei Fahrstühle. Dadurch gibt es bei Hochbetrieb einige Wartezeiten.

We had a nice stay at the Hilton.

It was a nice hotel with all the conveniences you’d need. We enjoyed our meals at the hotel. The pool was lovely too. And having a washing machine was great.

We felt all the security was a bit over the top. The car to the airport was great but overpriced.

Satisfactory but not worth the money for a suite!

The initial greeting was amazing; the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is vast and incredibly enjoyable - something for everyone!

We had a leak in the bathroom (clogged drain) and this meant my clothes were soaked through! I was extremely disappointed at the time taken to repair the leak and the advice ‘to use the in room washing machine’ to sort my clothes, ready to pack as I was leaving the next morning!
