Hotel confortable, bien situé au coeur de la ville, pas trop cher (chambre standard), court séjour.

Chambre minimaliste mais correcte. Présence de savon pour la douche. Petit déjeuner bien achalandé.

La connexion Wifi se coupait régulièrement Pas de frigo mais au prix payé, c'est normal.

Veel keuze bij het ontbijt. Vers en ook wel lokaal (kaas, confituur). Perfect gelegen vlakbij het oude centrum.

lage gut. rest (zumindest das eg -zimmer beim parkplatz) eher katastrophal!

erdgeschoss, direkt an der strasse. mattierte fenster. keine sicht nach draußen. die ganze nacht lärm. eigentlich hat niemad geschlafen. unerträglich! der frühstücksraum ist für die vielen gäste viel zu eng. frühstück ist unterer standard.

Bon emplacement dans le centre, mais confort un peu spartiate.

L'emplacement, le personnel, la réception disponible 24h/24h, le charme du bâtiment, la décoration d'une façon générale... Et, c'est important à souligner, l'établissement comme la chambre sont assez propres.

Dans la chambre double standard, le lit est vraiment étroit. On est sur du 1m20 de largeur ce qui est vraiment petit et fait se serrer un peu, ce qui a certes ses avantages dans un séjour en amoureux qui plus sérieusement est décevant. On est aussi déçu par le manque d'aération, avec l'absence de VMC qui fait que la chambre sent rapidement la VMC et de plus la salle d'eau avec douche est vraiment étroite, peu confort...

Gaaf hotel in echte Troyes stijl midden in de stad. Parkeren bij hotel of op parkeerterrein om de hoek. Ontbijten kan bij de vele bakkertjes in de buurt.

Excellent location, delightful old building, very helpful staff, highgly recommended

Very old historic buiding in the centre of town and a 5 minute walk from the main station. Lack of elevator was a possible problem for a second floor room but it was also a very old staircase built in quite small sections, so not too arduous. Excellent selection of eateries within a 7/8 minute walk. We had a good breakfast with a wide selection. Due to the age of the hotel the rooms are quirky but the designers have worked cleverly with the difficulties presented and this did not cause us any issues. Ber sure to reserve parking as there are not many spaces.

Durting our stay it rained quite heavily and the effect on the atrium roof was a bit noisy. There isn't a solution.

This was a return visit to Troyes and to this hotel. It was better than we remembered!

The eggs at breakfast were fantastic = and the availability of good gluten-free bread was impressive. The room was quirky, interesting and clean. Not large... the bathroom definitely small! Above all else, the reception staff were so friendly and helpful.

If we'd had more baggage, the stairs would have been tough. But we were travelling light.

Very good

The hotel is in a fantastic old building with exposed beams and sloping floors which give it great character... Just keep an eye on roller suitcases. Staff are great, very helpful. Paid for parking was a bonus. Hotel is 4 min walk from Avenue des Chats so dead central. Room and bed both small but quaint enough. Slept fine. We're only passing through. Didn't have breakfast.

If we had been staying longer I think room would have been too small. Also fan provided, and the day had been cool but imagine it would get warm if day was sunnier.

Bedroom was tiny, v tired. The flooring loose and warped and worn out with gaps. V dated shower room. Cutains didnt sit on rails or shut properly

Very convenient location, veryquiet although very central, lots of character. Did not eat brekfast as went out. In the heart of historic downtown. Dozens of restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Fine, no frills hotel.

Location in historic part of city close for station and walking route. Room fair size, we opted for a 'larger' room. Typical 2 star hotel, i.e., no frills. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great place to stop on your way to and back to the mountains

Location and the hotel itself. It is an old house in the middle of historic Troyes, and it feels you go back in time! Staff young and really nice.

Rooms look a bit dated, but that is also part pf the appeal.

The family room was located opposite the main hotel building on the ground floor of another building, literally with the windows opening out onto the street. The location was great and very central, but because of this it was quite noisy.

Troyes is a wonderful place and this hotel is ideal to stay. Great location, staff and breakfast.

Staff was lovely, the person who greeted us was very welcoming and informative. He was very helpful as my father has mobility issues making sure we needed everything we needed. Lovely breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice.

A superb hotel - great location right in the historic district near good restaurants and bars , lovely helpful staff, a gorgeous medieval building full of character. Great secure parking.
