War ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Das Frühstück war super. Personal ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war etwas weiter weg vom See als gedacht, aber die Lage und der Ausblick auf den Gardasee war überwältigend. Kann man nur empfehlen. Auch das Partnerlokal Apollo XI war Spitzenklasse.

Die Dusche ist für große Personen etwas klein. Für Personen mit normaler Größe aber vollkommen ausreichend.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, 700 m.n.pm! Przepiękny widok z balkonu na Jezioro Garda! Bardzo dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny w apartamencie, duży przestronny apartament tak naprawdę na 6 osób! Na balkonie komplet mebli ogrodowych, suszarka na ręczniki. Dwa baseny na terenie hotelu, jeden zewnętrzny drugi wewnętrzny, leżaki na zewnątrz i parasole dla gości, bardzo dobre śniadania, kolacje jedliśmy poza hotelem, bardzo dobre jedzenie w miasteczku Tignale restauracja pizzeria Apollo dla gości hotelowych 10% zniżki- polecam:) personel bardzo miły i pomocny! Podjazd do hotelu momentami bardzo stromy ale bez lęku do wyjechania! ( pierwszy raz trochu przeraża ale potem to już normalka;))brak klimatyzacji ale tak naprawdę nie jest potrzebna, u góry jest ok 8 stopni chłodniej niż na dole, wieją wiatry więc jest klimat bardzo przyjemny! Są okiennice można w ciągu dnia pozamykać! Pobyt w hotelu był bardzo przyjemny i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni:)

Jedyny minus to na cały pobyt dwutygodniowy dostaliśmy tylko 2 rolki papieru toaletowego dla 3 osób -trochu mało, papier powinien być zagwarantowany na cały pobyt. Myślę że ta kwestia do przemyślenia przez menagera hotelu.

Restaurantul are o terasa indreptata spre lac. Micul dejun, destul de diversificat, luat pe terasa este spectaculos. Iti ia repiratia. Am avut un apartament cu bucatarie si 2 dormitoare. Camerele mari, terasa mare indreptata spre lac. Parcare privata. Inclusiv "parcare" pentru biciclete care este inchisa si aveam o cheie separata. Piscina interioare si exterioara. Superb.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub...

Uns hat alles super gefallen. Frühstück super (6 Euro für Kinder bis 12, 12 Euro für Kinder ab 13 und Erwachsene). Personal immer und jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. In- und Outdoor-Pool sowie Whirlpool top. Wohnung hatte alles, was man so braucht. Kaffeepulver hatten wir daheim vergessen, aber dann im 5 Minuten autoentfernten bzw. 15 Minuten fußentfernten Supermarkt gekauft. Viele zusätzliche Aktionen buchbar: Yoga, Pilates, Backkurs etc. Für die Kinder gab es ein XL-Schachbrett mit Figuren und ein 'Spielehaus' mit Kicker & Co. Aussicht wunderbar auf den Gardasee. Für 5 Euro kann man seine Wäsche waschen inkl. Wäschepod. Es gibt auch einen kostenpflichtigen Trockner. Die Wäsche kann aber problemlos auf dem Wäscheständer der zur Wohnung gehörendenTerrasse bzw. Balkon getrocknet werden. Ein Bügeleisen steht im Waschraum kostenlos zur Verfügung. Limone ist nicht weit entfernt und ermöglicht für 9 Euro pro Person eine Überfahrt mit der Fähre nach Malcesine und wieder zurück. Wir haben uns auch ab und zu Essen in die Wohnung liefern lassen vom 'Delivery'-Restaurant, das mit zur Anlage gehört. Günstig und sehr lecker ;-) Das 'À la carte'-Restaurant... einfach nur top, preislich... Wie auch geschmacklich. Und man kann sich kostenpflichtig morgens Brötchen und Croissants in seine Wohnung liefern lassen. Wir werden wieder kommen :-)

Super Unterkunft mit zwei kleinen Haken

Der Indoor Pool ist groß, hat lange geöffnet und für Kinder und Erwachsene optimal. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnunh ist auch mehr als ausreichend mit einer Terasse von der aus man einen super Blick auf den See hat.

Insgesamt ist der ganze Bau viel zu hellhörig. Scheinbar gibt es auch keine Hausordnung. Rücksichtslose Leute über uns und nebenan fingen spät Abends gegen 22 und sogar nach 23 Uhr an Stühle und andere Möbel zu verrücken so dass meine Kinder nicht schlafen konnten. Das sollte man dringen ändern. Zudem sind die Matratzen viel zu hart und die Kissen zu flach. Ich habe 5 Nächte lang sehr schlecht bis gar nicht geschlafen. Hier besteht auch besserungsbedarf.

The view, the fact that there is a little kitchen and fridge. That you can order rolls/Croissants for breakfast and get them delivered to your door. The little village is amazing too. Loved that there was a cooking class on how to make Tiramisu

the light in the bedroom wasn’t working and the Color from the roof in the bathroom came down. one small and one large towel is def not enough for a woman, needs to be exchanged and there was no hand towel in the bathroom. the treadmill and Crosstrainer wasn’t working, it’s not really a gym( should be updated in the description) but we haven’t addressed anything so this all might be exchanged if we would have said anything as the staff was very proactive.

Breathtaking View!

When we booked this place we did not expect to have such a view from our balcony. The residence is located on the top of a mountain overlooking Garda Lake. From our windows and balcony we had breathtaking view of lake and the mountains around. The personnel was very attentive and kind at the restaurants and the reception.

Beautiful apartment to stay

The views were spectacular, staff extremely friendly and supportive, every day was a little entertainment for kids and adults,breakfast was lovely, loved everything during our stay. Definitely will be coming back.

The WiFi inside properly very slow, the hotel is located on the hill and it's quite tricky to get there,the apartment little bit small for 5 people, but apart of that we loved everything ❤

loved everything about this hotel. indoor pool was perfect in October. the ladies at the desk were fantastic. so friendly and helpful. the apartments were very clean and fully stocked. only thing I would add is a toaster.

the location is beautiful but be prepared to drive up the mountain for a 15-20 mins. but I don’t consider this a drawback. totally worth it. google maps will tell you to drive straight close to the top. ignore it and go left past the store instead. I don’t think there was anything I really disliked.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The breakfast is good and worth the money. The in door pool is very nice.

The location is hard to get and drive - for young drivers or old people i would consider this road as dangerous and life risking. Cleaning services are done only once before getting the room. There is no change of towels and sheets. No option for hit before October even if it's cold If you want to use the hit before October you need to pay extra 9 Euro per day If you want to change towels you need to pay 4 euro per person for single towel you change The hotel self laundering services open in the hours when you are out and travel between 10 am and 6 pm. If you want to clean the room during your staying you need to pay extra 20 euro but it not including the kitchen and the bathroom - so what is consider as cleaning?! The WIFI is working only in the Lobby area. You need to wait 5 min till you get hot water in the shower.

It is a wonderful place. Great pools indoors and outdoors. The kitchen includes everything what is needed. We are always happy to come back!

Unfortunately, take-out pizzas are not made at the hotel anymore.

Very good value for money with friendly staff and fantastic views of the lake

Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced, parking was convenient, the view from the balcony was fantastic and we actually enjoyed the location a little further up from the lake as it was quiet and calm. The apartment was spacious and very clean and had a very good value for money, especially for the area. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant has great views and very friendly staff, too.

The apartment was in need for a more modern touch, furniture is functional but dated and bathroom needs an update. Waiting times at reception were long. We didn’t use the pool as it was very crowded and the spaces were always taken. Restaurant was inflexible to accommodate allergy/nutritional needs.

Fantastic Location with a wonderful view over Lago de Garda! The Staff and Restaurant personel was tuned on to make Everything comfortable! On our roadtrip through Europe in 3 weeks and with a lot of nice adventures, - this was a very special!
