Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości w stosunku do ceny. Sprawne i zautomatyzowane zakwaterowanie. Pokoje duże z oddzielną kuchnią i łazienką. Wygodne łóżka. Szereg udogodnień w pokoju i dobrze wyposażona prywatna kuchnia z kawą, herbatą itp. Uprzejmy, miły i pomocny personel.

The room was clean tidy and very sizable. The breakfast options were really good. There were a couple of members of staff who were really very helpful.
We did not use the wellness facilities so I am unable to comment on these. We did have a look at them on the last day and they seemed very nice.
The water pressure is very poor, we were unable to use the sink or shower on several occasions.
Unfortunately on the first morning I had an accident in the breakfast area and had to go to hospital, I had a broken ankle. The staff showed no concern or care for the remainder of our stay, my husband had to ask for an ambulance to be called. We were on the fourth floor with no lift, only on two days could I get any ice to try and reduce the swelling.
I spoke to a member of staff about the water issue and the lack of care and concern about breaking a bone on their premisses, I was told someone would speak to me about the situation, this never happened!!

Very friendly staff. Great to have a little kitchen in the family suite. Breakfast was rich and very good.
Would be nice to have a few more vegan options at the breakfast buffet, e.g. oat milk.

Room was big enough and good for family, had everything we needed (small fridge, kitchen hob, dishes). Room was cleaned and shower was ok (took very long time to heat up though). Breakfast had good selection. I took a massage provided by hotel, which was excellent.
There were few things which should be addressed by maintenance (cracked mirror in the room, cracked tiles in the bathroom). Even though breakfast had good choice, there was issue with hot water for tea every morning. Staff was trying to be nice but they could smile a bit more (especially the girl who checked us in and out, she did not smile once), boys were nice. Also I would appreciate more information during check in (about city, transport, attractions, hotel facilities), we did not get any unless specifically asked for). Also hotel does not have a lift, which makes it harder to travel with small kid and luggage (our room was on the 2nd floor)

Good location place to stay in a quiet part of Liberec not far from Jested ski resort and next to lovely local restaurant Orechovka. The staff was really helpful to swap one of the rooms our family got that we didn't like.
Value-wise, so so but overall we enjoyed the stay.

nice place, nice staff, amazing breakfast (I haven't seen such variety of choice for a very long time), cute street, comfy beds, all was nice :)
the room was very small, it was hard to walk around, other than that everything was fine :)

The hotel was located in a relatively quiet neighbourhood. The garden area had a few tables and chairs, which was good for relaxing with a drink, and there is a small play area for children. There was a good restaurant about 200m along the road with a spacious terrace. We enjoyed our meal there but if you are arriving on foot you may want to check the nights that they serve food because there are not too many alternatives in this area. The hotel breakfast was great, with plenty of choices that most people would be happy with in the buffet. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was clean and the shower good. There were 4 drinks included in the room deal which we appreciated. The wellness area was very popular with my kids and we enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi a couple of times. This was all included in the room price too, which was great, and it was not crowded so we were able to make the best of the facilities.
It was nice that there was a kettle with tea and coffee sachets in the room, but there was no option for unsweetened, black coffee, or milk for black tea for us weird Brits. These touches I think would be appreciated. On the first morning of our stay the water was off for a time - about 20 or 30 minutes - which unfortunately coincided with our attempts to use the shower. We had to wait for it to come back on, which was not the best way to kick off our first day. The staff seemed quite relaxed about it and explained the problem and that it was not a regular occurrence. It did not happen on the next two mornings, but we felt that there could have been more of an apology and a recognition that it was an inconvenience for us. However, all things considered, we were pleased with our stay at the hotel.

Breakfast was great
The only disappointment was that we had probably bedbugs in our room, as we were bitten several times in our legs :-( So I would not recommend to stay here
