Perfect

It was beyond my expectations. So clean, organized. Also, I really liked their code system to enter the apartment, because our flight was 3 hrs delay and arrived at midnight.

It’s maybe appropriate, but for us, it was expensive. If you can give some discount for a longer stay, we may again use this apartment.

Spacious apartment in a central location

The location and facilities were great! The apartment was very spacious and had an induction stove, dishwasher, toaster (and even a percolator), iron and ironing board, hair dryer (with a diffuser attachment), starter kits for cooking, cleaning and washing clothes. The location was central and walkable or metro ride away to all the attractions.

Suitable stay for a couple of nights

Great location, easy to check in, very professional and responsive staff. The apartment was quite spacious and bright, with good AC.

In spanish we would say that it was a bit “sin alma”. When we got to the property, it was completely empty (no sponges, no dishsoap, no dishwasher tablets - only a shampoo and body wash was there) as they had forgotten to put a welcome pack in the kitchen. Upon request, we were promptly provided with what was missing. However, since it’s an apartment, it would have been nicer to have some basic cooking stuff provided, e.g. salt, pepper, olive oil, kitchen paper, etc. Also, the place was moderately clean but could have been cleaner. The wooden table is extensible and upon extending it, we found breadcrumbs and other debris on the bottom part - we had to clean it ourselves. We also found a couple of pieces of hair on the bathroom and kitchen floor. Finally, the wifi was quite patchy and not too suitable for working remotely. We had to hotspot from our phone multiple times.

Great location, well-appointed apartment for 5 adults, with management staff that goes above expectations.

There were a number of aspects of this property that made it ideal for our Barcelona visit. The location offers easy walking access to the majority of highlights. Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas, Barri Gotic, museums, cathedrals, etc. were all seemingly within 1-2 km along well traveled and well maintained avenues. Shopping and excellent food opportunities were also quite close and easy to access. The property was clean, well appointed, and well provisioned for short to medium term occupation. The furnishings were comfortable and appropriate for 4-6 people. The property can function as either a two bed one bath apartment with a kitchen and living room and a separate one bed one bath apartment with a seating area, or, with a few open doors, it functions as a three bed two bath spacious apartment. All of the rooms were sizeable, except the one single bed room, which was on the small size, but adequate for a single occupant. First floor access is easy either via a single flight of stairs or a small elevator, which helps with luggage. Fisa provided excellent service with clear instructions and expectations. Their staff went well beyond the norm, however, in helping us deal with lost luggage. Upon arrival at the Barcelona airport all of our luggage had arrived, except my wife's checked bag. We reported the missing bag to British Air and were sent on our way with a record of the issue but few assurances. Upon checking in for the property, the hostess (unfortunately, we did not write down her name) told us that, if we had not received the bag by the next day, to come back and they would make a few calls. The following afternoon we went back to their office and the attendant (again we did not record her name) made a couple of calls. With two hours we had my wife's bag. Many many thanks to the Fisa office staff. BA was giving us no help and really no hope.

There were two negatives for this property. The first was the first thing we encountered upon arrival. A seemingly derelict individual was nodding on the stoop at the front door entrance. It was a bit troubling, but he was gone when we returned from checking in at the Fisa office and we never had anything like that again. With an elite hotel and five star restaurant right across the street, it seems that the area is kept well safe. We also experienced noise issues a couple nights during our stay. It seemed that people came home to the apartment just above our around 10 and proceeded to do a lot of dancing or exercise to loud music for a couple of hours. As we had noted this issue in prior reviews, apparently this is normal behavior. Bring your noise cancelling headphones.

Very fast check-in (keys are collected a block away from the actual apartment) Lovely and welcoming lady (whose name I unfortunately forgot) at the check-in Very easy check-out (you just leave the key inside the flat and close the door behind) Very spacious flat Incredible location Very quiet for such a central location

great location, modern and clean and very secure. Close to public transport and the Aerobus from the airport, within walking distance of some very good restaurants.

The internet was difficult to use. We were given one set of instructions but when you go on to try and connect it comes up in Spanish and despite translation it didn’t always work. With hindsight we should have gone back to the booking office.

beautiful apartment literally in the middle of Barcelona…. overlooks the Palace Hotel…. we found funny as we had the exact view, probably the same size room/apartment and more “in room facilities/kitchenette “ for much less money. very clean, very comfortable

Everything is perfect to stay in this apartment! I would highly recommend it and still choose it for next time:)

The location is super great! It’s near to everywhere we want to go surprisingly. And it’s bigger than hotel room that’s what i like.

maybe only the shower supplies. It would be great to have it on the wall like in hotel that gast could just take how much they want. Two little bottle could be not enough for we two and four nights from my side.

It’ a perfect place to discovery this amazing city

central location, close tho the Aerobus station ( Pl Catalunya) very comfortable beds, equipped with washmachine and wasching machine, very kind staff. We could leave the lugagge after check out in the agency.

The elevator went wrong and only 2 days later was repaired
