Quello che c'è scritto sulla prenotazione non corrisponde alla realtà. Siamo arrivati con la nostra prenotazione c'era scritta compreso di aria condizionata, quando siamo entrati in camera alle 14 l'aria condizionata era accesa, quando siamo tornati dalla spiaggia ci siamo ritrovati l'aria condizionata spento; abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni è ci è stato detto che non era compresa nella prenotazione, noi gli volevamo fare vedere la presentazione e lui si è rifiutato...continuando ad insistere che dovevamo pagare. Noi sempre con cortesia gli volevamo fare vedere che nella nostra prenotazione era inclusa. Quando siamo arrivati chi ci ha accolto non ci ha detto che se volevamo l'aria condizionata dovevamo c'era un supplemento. All' 1 di notte siamo andati via dalla disperazione sembrava di essere in forno crematorio. Richiediamo un rimborso perché non abbiamo usufruito della camera solo neanche 12 ore. Questa è la prima volta che ci capita. Ma in questo tipo di Hotel Stella Marina non ci torneremo neanche se ci pagano un soggiorno. Gradisco un riscontro da voi di Booking e possibile anche un credito da spendere in un altro Hotel.Aspetto

Consigliato

Datato ma ben gestito, pulito, accogliente, dotato di tutti i servizi. Ostello 2 stelle di tutto rispetto, camere e bagno di generose dimensioni. Esistono hotel a 3 stelle che offrono molto meno. Se non hai pretese è il posto ideale.Non sarà di sicuro la prima e ultima volta..

Qualche ritoccatina qua e là. Bar più fornito. Nel punto dover eravamo noi i gabbiani di notte hanno fatto un gran baccano,provocando diversi risvegli.

The fact that the room was not clean and Dusty make us uncomfortable

I like the fact that the hotel is close to the sea and the staff's were nice 😊 and respectful to everyone .

What I don't like is the fact that it was not clean 😕, there were cobwebs and dust in the room , no kitchen and not even at least little fridge to cool your drinks or preserve the baby food.

Suitable for the younger person wanting to party, not for families.

Location for my work and to the beach and centre of town.

The rooms weren’t cleaned, we asked for a cot and no one ever checked back in with us. There is absolutely no noise proofing in the room and we were kept up all night by music and people talking.

I really liked the location, it is close to the beach and like 10 minute walk to centre.

I didnt love personal, they were not rude but werent welcoming either.

Very friendly staff. Close to the location of my daughters sport event.

Breakfast is minimum. (One croasson, one coffe, one small water). Room was very cool in April and there is no heating solution. Style abd building like to be in 80' (retro) Unforunately lots of lost buildings are on this area so we had a little bit industrial zone feeling.

The experience was more comfortable than expected.

A bathroom wide enough to be classified as comfortable. The presence of a wide parking area outside the building with always available places for the car. The cleanliness, constantly ensured by the service personnel, both of indoor and outdoor spaces. A centralized coin-operated washing machine, to wash and keep clean one's garments if necessary.

The shelf inside the room to stow one's stuff should be replaced by a more solid cabinet or little wardrobe.

Close beach but really needs rennovation

It was close at the beach. The sand and the water of the was wasn't that bad at all.

Check in at 2pm, check out at 9am was really disappointing. No aircondition, no refrigerator, the room and bathroom was old. After i booked, they sent me a message that the beach and umbrella were not included at the price during weekends. Not recommend!

The cleanliness of the sea. And the sea was near in the location of the hotel. My wife and my children was satisfied. But the most I like is the Madonna in that sea.

Poor

Only good thing is that that's really close to the sea. But! The location of the beach isn't really successful, that means when you are going along the water, after 1 km the beach will be noticeable much better. But maybe that's only my opinion. I just think, its OK, but should cost no more than 20-25 euro / night.

Personal doesn't speak English, that's wierd and really very difficult. For example, I couldn't find the entrance door, because all three of them were somehow closed. Only people who ALREADY live there could know how to open the door from outside. I called the reception, but they only could say me: SORRY ENGLISH NO SPEAK. WRITE E MAIL. OK... but where? I couldn't find any information about email on the booking page. OK. (later I wrote in the booking.com chat: where is the entrance door? And what they answered? "Via Vasco de Gama, 2". The address. Very good, very useful information, thanks a lot). After 30 (!) minutes I was inside. That means actually, you have to bring all your stuff with during all those trying to come in. And that's Italy - about +40°C. And also this hotel is about 30 min. from the station by foot. So I can say I lost more than one hour to get a room. OK. But inside that was really no-place-at-all, and when you take a shower, everything in bathroom will be wet, because there is no door, everything is just in one room, the toilet, the shower, and that's the same floor as well, that means you meet water from your shower when you are sitting on the toilet, because the whole floor is wet. OK. But on the next day I had to leave at 6 am, and there was nobody on the reception. I called. I was knocking. Nobody opened. Does it cost 40 euro for one night? NOT AT ALL. P. S. WiFi has a very unstable connection.
