Felt like staying with family

We traveled with a big group of family to visit extended family in Ferentino. The staff was incredibly helpful and hospitable. The food was some of the best we ever had in Italy. The hotel went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. Felt like a home away from home.

I felt so welcomed and taken care of!

Everyone there was extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. I’m from the US and needed information about the train, bus, and taxi. Elisa there spoke English and was helpful in explaining options. The food was beyond amazing. Luigi was our server and was friendly and funny.

Easy parking & location was 3 minutes by car from the historic area. The room was comfortable & quiet.

Very friendly staff. I was very late for breakfast but they made sure i was fed.

It does need updating.

Very helpful staff

The staff were very helpful, for example they found us somewhere safe for our bikes overnight. Breakfast was good, with generous amounts. We had told them that we were vegan and they had non-dairy 'milk' for us.

Our room was quite small.

This hotel definitely needs a refurbishment. Ok for one or two nights if you are really in need.

Only staying here for 1-2 business trip days

Friendly staff

Very outdated room, poor shower and breakfast. Only a few pizza places are near the hotel

Recommended

- The hall and the breakfast room are spacious and elegant. - I liked the decor of my room: the furniture was polished. - Wide free parking around the hotel premises and across the road. - The sky decoder with satellite channels (there's sky calcio, too).

- WI-FI not working well: weak signal. - Since in the night it got a bit cold, it was a drag that the room was not provided with a quilt and I couldn't even turn the heating on (it was deactivated or something). - No buffet breakfast.

Not the worst experience, but definitely not the best.

The breakfast is fair and the position next to the industrial area of the province is really comfortable.

No electrical plugs next to the beds, fridge not working at all, and poor window fixtures: rolling shutter not working properly (the receptionist has been warned and nothing was done about it) and basically no thermal isolation for the air conditioning.

Pleasant old-style hotel conveniently situated for accessing main routes

Wonderful to see fresh pasta making at breakfast and to get delicious cups of fresh coffee rather than machine stuff!

The desk seemed badly positioned, as overtime I was using the desk it meant my partner was stuck as he couldn't get past to leave the room or access the wardrobe. Should have been re-arranged closer to the window.
