It was a nice place to stay with lots of space! Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed that there was a bath tub which was perfect because we visited in the winter.

Location was relatively far. Can't walk anyway, you have to take the bus which is hard because you have to follow the schedule. The furnishing in the place was also very basic.

Awesome based on my previous comments.

Arrived to a warm environment which when it's snowing at 1am in the morning is greatly appreciated. Shuttle service was the best. Admin staff most helpful. Really roomy apartment and each bedroom had its own bathroom as well as an extra toilet downstairs. Plenty of storage for all your gear and the ski storage area had a heated floor as well. Kitchen was fully equipped so could cook in if you wanted.

Dishwashers in these apartments are tiny and not that great but not end of world. Minor gripe and couldn't think of anything else.

Superb

Just 5-10mins drive to the Grand Hirafu Welcome Center, and there are free shuttle too if you're not driving. They have all the stuff and utensils. Specially like the bathroom with the onsen setting, which is so relaxing after a whole day snowboarding.

modern, clean, Japanese, well thought out, good service, nice staff

the resort seemed a bit oriented on foreign guests (which we are). many foreign staff, with not enough experience about Japan. They are very very nice. No room for complaints at all.

awesome experience.

The resort is in a great location. Away from the main streets, but still within easy driving distance from restaurants and convenient stores. The house was spacey and had all amenities we needed. The kitchen was equiped with all we needed, the living room had ample space for 10 people.

Great location. Perfect size. Had everything we needed. Quality place.

The bathtub plug was broken so I had to shower when I wanted to soak in a nice hot bath after skiing all day. The hot water tank ran out of hot water after three showers.

The service here was absolutely amazing! I would love to stay here again for my Niseko ski trips with friends. Most of the communication was done via email - the staff was fluent in English and always responded within minutes. The staff were so polite, helpful and accommodating. Their services included arranging private airport pick up / drop off (for a fee), arranging rental car (which they arranged to have at our lodge before arrival), free car service around the Hirafu area, arranging ski lessons (for a fee), arranging cakes for special occasions (for a fee), and grocery delivery (stocked in the fridge before arrival)!! The lodge was spacious, beautiful, clean, and with comfortable beds.

The location is a bit far from the Hirafu downtown area and ski resort (about a 10min drive) but the extra distance for this quality is worth every ¥¥¥. Their free shuttle service will get busy during the peak hours so better to book a few hours or a night in advance.

Staff super helpful. Drop off and pick up was useful. Regular buses to lifts and town.

It’s a little bit out of centre but with the free buses it’s not a big issue.
