Postion, postion, postion walk out the front and you have restaurants, massage , ATM ,walkout the back beach access from villa, through the markets, again restaurants on the beach massage on the beach .
All the staff at Ajanta were fantastic, always saying good morning etc and nothing was too hard for them
A very small criticism, the price you pay you would expect good tv reception and cable tv.
Not that i am there to watch a lot of tv but at times it could have been handy.
We did have rain solid for three days and nights

The pool
It was tired. The sheets where worn out. Basic need only 2 towels per day. No power points worked in the kitchen.

The privacy, lush gardens, private pool and closeness to the beach
The outdoor kitchen and lounge was lovely
The staff were happy, helpful and very kind
The bathroom was a little dark.
Mosquitos were also a bit annoying outside.

We stayed in Villa F. We lived the pool and the kitchen amenities. The bed was excellent and we had the best sleep.
The staff were exceptional and were very helpful..
The location is fantastic. Short walk to beach, markets, warungs, massages, in fact everything you need.
The attached gym was great and had everything we needed.
The Villas are looking a bit tired, but they were fine.
To access the beach you have to walk through the Sindhu markets. Unfortunately atly the stall holders are harassing.

I loved the pool area of the villas. The pool was large and was surrounded by lovely trees and flowers. It was very relaxing. There was a large daybed and also sun-lounges and other chairs/tables for relaxing around the pool.
The location of my villa was great. It was close to both the beach and the street within a very short walking distance.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was some renovation noise close by, which was not so relaxing. I understand this would be temporary and is probably unlikely to cause a lot of inconvenience to future travellers.
The water in the pool was quite warm at the end of the day. It sits in the full sun and makes it not so refreshing for a late afternoon swim. I couldn’t get any of the tv channels to work properly as the reception was poor but I also didn’t ask for help as I wasn’t too bothered. One other small issue is the air con in the bedroom upstairs really struggled to work well, but luckily there was a good fan also above the bed.

the location
The property needs to be refurbished. The toilet didn’t work properly, the sliding doors are difficult to open and close. The path outside really needs to be done in a way that we can walk around the pool. The whole property has small issues due to being old and not been looked after for a long time. The kitchen really need to be totally refurbished. Also something has to be done about the mosquitoes, this was the only place we stayed in Bali with uncontrollable mosquitoes. To many plants maybe and some stagnant water by the shower.
It’s a nice place but I wouldn’t go back.

The villa was nice and spacious. It has everything you need. The pool was lovely. The location is perfect!! Walk straight out the back through a small market and your on the beach with nice restaurants. Walk out the front and there are many restaurants and warungs.

Staff were amazing
The plumbing needs renovation, leaking shower, horrible smell coming out the drain, Tv old and un watchable,
old bed sheets and linen.

the villas were huge and charming and felt very traditional. the breakfasts were great and staff very friendly.
it needed some maintenance upgrades like plumbing and air con. the walk to the beach was through a building site.

great location with a lot of room in the villa.
Work being done on the villa in front of us for basically the whole time we where there . Lots of dust particularly on our last 2 days . Dogs in this same villa constantly barking, early mornings and late into the evening. Told the staff numerous times, that I wasn’t happy.

I got 100% BEDBUGS from this place, and i told the property and they did NOT CARE AT ALL. They said I was lying. What a nonsense. Do not give them your money and dont lay down on their bed. The worst thing is that my son also got bitten all over his body. Worst thing to happen.

The villa is beautifully laid out and very functional. The setting is very peaceful with gorgeous outdoor covered area, lovely garden and pool. Breakfast was sensational and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Access to beach is easy and not far from many good restaurants.

Great location. Heaps of room with separate lounge/ kitchen area. Comfortable bed. Large pool that gets lots of sun so it stays at a good temperature. Breakfast cooked in the villa every morning.
Air conditioner in the bedroom struggled to keep the room cool enough.

Awesome location, relaxed quiet atmosphere, beautiful villa!
A bit of an update and refresh would be beneficial. Not modernisation, as the traditional features are beautiful.

Getting breaky cooked in room
They should have a self locking gate through to Beach as most times people wearnt locking it so any body could get through

Staff we had interaction with were professional and pleasant. Location was excellent.
The in house compendium noted mini bar and video library. Neither were available "due to Covid" The television was unwatchable due to the sound system distortion through the speakers. The bathtub once full of water was unable to be emptied as the plug became stuck. The water slowly leaked out over a short period of time while taking a bath. Housekeeping were required to assist in removing the plug and remaining water on each occasion. The tub was referred to as a jacuzzi, prompting our decision to book, however, the spa jets did not work. Once the button was pressed you could hear the motor, but that's all. This was reported to Reception who advised it would be reported, but nothing changed.

the room are great and the whole place is relaxing and beautiful. easy access to the beach, right in the center of sanur. there were bikes also available . so we really enjoyed our stay there

We loved the pool and the gazebo. so so relaxing. staff were all so beautiful. position was perfect. right out the front was a great little warung called Little Bird. fantastic. and we also loved the glasshouse which was to the left on the Main Street. beautiful food. lots of little shops right on your doorstep. the night market was a 2 minute walk. private access down to the beach but u have to run the gauntlet past all the tourist starved shop keepers. we did it once. spent way too much money on things we didn’t want or need lol. lots of fantastic eateries along the beach front too. will definitely stay here again
can’t complain about anything really except maybe the lack of choices with brekki. I’m not an egg eater so only had nasi or mie goreng to choose from. the Glasshouse is 1 min away and was beautiful
