Good
The room was clean but for the family of 3 it was not big enough, considering what we were given last year (a very big room for two )

Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. I liked the breakfast buffet and bush hike was the highlight for me.
No room service, reception, lounge and bar were far from our room. I had to walk to the bar every time I wanted ice or drink.

I loved the buffet breakfast, and the comfort of the bed. The maintenance of the facilities were excellent and staff were really friendly and welcoming. We went horse riding and it was a spectacular experience.
There is not much I didn't like, I really enjoyed my stay.

The room. The view. The environment. Great.
The experience was great. Kindly provide extra support to the Hike-Bridge. The establishment is everything and more.

The facilities and staff are wonderful. Wished we could've stayed longer to take advantage of everything. The whole hotel is wonderfully warm, even if it's below 0 outside.
There wasn't a fridge on the room

The breakfast was amazing and to my expectations. The buffet had a variety of choices and everything was well cooked.
The water issue we had on the 20th of March and only being informed quite late in the afternoon.

We love Sani Pass for its stunning location right below the beautiful mountains. We started coming here when our children were babies(they are now in their 30 s). We especially love it for the wonderful staff. Their personal touch. It is hard to find that these days. More recently we ve enjoyed our time chatting to Innocent, Beatus,Mondii and Phindile. Premier group please cherish these wonderful staff members.
We were at sani in May with our daughter and in September with our son and just this past weekend my husband and I were there. We noticed a 'cut back' in the breakfast variety. I think it's unwise to remove yogurt totally from the menu. We would have enjoyed some choice of yogurt and I overheard a German family asking for yogurt too. The coissants were also thoroughly enjoyed before😊

The scenery is to die for. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
The glasses for juice at the dining hall are very small. We could use bigger ones😂

I liked the various activities and the open space to enjoy.
I dislike buffet and would like another option especial for children.

The room was very comfortable and the gas fire made it very cozy on chilly evenings.
The grounds are exceptionally well kept and the views spectacular

no need to go anywhere enough to do on the premises.
Close to sani pass gate

Friendly waitorons and reception staff and food quality was exceptional.
Lots of potential, please introduce room service and an al la carte option for supper. Ensure that water is clean for use when heavy rains experienced. More coverage for shelter so outdoor activities may continue even when it rains. More activities during the day as not much to do outside the hotel.

Facilities was good.
The resort uses bore hole water which comes out brown in colour.
There is also no room service.

There is so much to like about this hotel.
The location, scenery, food and welcoming staff are superb.
We stayed here whilst celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and had the most fantastic time.
We absolutely loved the log fires, large open spaces and balcony view of the Drakensberg Mountains.
The Premier Sani Pass is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in!
Thankyou for a wonderful holiday experience 👍🏼
Everything was perfect.

Safe were friendly, food was delicious, entertainment for children was great.
The only thing I didn't like was that there was no shelf in our shower.
4.2
The place is beautiful and has activities to keep you busy. The nature surrounding the area is so calming. The stuff are friendly and helpful.
The food is nice 👌
The food from the menu are reasonable in terms of the price.
The place is clean and the rooms are beautiful with white sheets
My man likes his omelette meaty. Please include Maicon as some of us don’t eat pork.
I wish there was an option to get something to eat anytime after 16:00 than buffet. Sometimes you are full from lunch and you just want something light for dinner just to snack on. We had to drive out to one lodge in the area at night to get something lite to eat to avoid paying R510 for buffet we were not gonna eat much. We just wanted something to snack on as we were drinking.
I wish in the near future can be shops near by. This will help regarding the point above.
Alcohol is expensive 🥴
Please put soap holder in the showers
