Nice boutique hotel in great location

Boutique hotel in a great location. Friendly staff and nice breakfast

There were a couple of hot days but due to energy restrictions, they were not allowed to turn on the aircon. That made for a couple of sleepless nights but I assume it was beyond their control

Good with a compromise.

I arrived very late at night. The receptionist helped me to park the car in their garage ( you need to take a car elevator). The hotel is ideally located. Breakfast was okay.

In the room #13 everything was damp and clammy. Unfortunately you have black mold in the bathroom! :(

Good location, but expected more for the price.

The bed was good and possibility of additional fee for parking in the centre in the garage was a good option. Location was perfect.

The drain was not working properly in the shower, the breakfast was OK but expected more. Overall a pleasant stay but I expected more for the price. If garage would be included in the price the rating would be higher.

The man at the reception in the night and the man in the morning they weren't really nice. I already paid for the rooms in advance, but without checking it, he asked me to pay for the rooms again

Nice staff, location, cozy common areas.

Unfortunately air conditioning in the room didn’t work well (despite of running all day & night room temperature hasn’t decreased below 30 degrees)and was noisy. We have informed them that the drain in the shower had clogged, but nothing changed. We found massive spiderwebs on the ceiling, behind door… We felt as if we would have got their worst, or “spare” room. It’s a pity, since the hotel could have been rated much better. Staff were helpful, and flexible, They gave us a little discount in the end.

Nice, good location, individual rooms (not like all the chains)

Got up at 6:30, no way out. Every door locked. Later at 7 when the receptionist appeared an on my question if it is not mandatory to have emergency exits I got the Italian "eeh?" Another lesson learned: took a beer (0.6l) with me in the room. Admittedly it was good - paid 15 Euros. Always ask for the price!

Look at other options before this one.

Location was good, price ok.

Air conditioning made way too much noise, mattress and pillows were very low quality, below standard for a business hotel.

It seems like a business hotel. The breakfast room is dreary. With a large tv loudly playing. Not a relaxing way to start your day! A refrigerator in each room is advertised. None of them work but you are allowed to put your food and drinks in the refrigerator in the bar! Imagine coming down at night to get yogurt or mineral water. Totally embarrassing! I would never do that.
