Perfect location to return to after a busy day of walking/catching the tube and seeing the sites.

Location was in a very good location a very short walk to Sloane Square station as well as being in a perfect location for a ramble through some of the high end suburbs of London and a short walk to the Thames.

Bed size. Double bed was a touch on the small side for two mpeople use to sleeping in a king bed. Given that the size of the bedroom would not have allowed for a bed any larger than a double.

Pleasant

The apartment itself was good for a family with kids

We got the apartment on the top floor, and it was not convenient as an understatement. Although we discussed with the service about a cot ,at the time we booked , i expected them to be more understanding and expect a family with kids will have a lot of suitcases and stuff, and yet they disided to book us on the top room

Nice location for the price, but the property requires renovation.

Apartments are very good located. 30 mins walk to main sights, lots of shops and cafes nearby. Easy to find from the street.

The property definitely requires a serious renovation. Literally every thing inside the apartment has a signs of long exploitation, starting with furniture and ending with toilet flush. It is really sad to see so exhausted facilities for the price, considering that it is not that expensive to refresh it.

The apartment was perfect! Clean, centrally located, near tubes, shops, 5 mins walk to Sainsburys'

The mattresses on the foldable extra beds could have been firmer.

Great Location For A Quick Stay!

Location of the apartment was really good. Very close to shops, supermarkets and shopping. The room had 2 heaters which worked really well to keep us warm. The sofa bed was really comfortable too. And the cleaners there were very nice as well, helped us out a bit here and there which was good. Getting a taxi wasnt an issue, just stand outside and voila, you get one within a few minutes.

1. The TV wasnt digitally connected, hence couldnt watch anything good at night before going to bed. 2. The shower door we had was sort of broken a bit, but overall it did the job well. 3. Some of the lights didnt work, i presume it was just a light bulb. 4. Toilet was a bit tight for an adult.

Great centrally located flat that is perfect for a couple, a little tight for a family but still very much worth it.

Whenever we tried to use the toaster it blew a fuse and knocked out power to the whole apartment. Fortunately, the staff directed me to the fuse box in the hall, so I could just flip it back on myself.

Make sure you dont get one of the apartments on the upper floors. There is no lift and if you are travelling with small children and luggage then you have to navigate about 6 flights of stairs to get the apartment. it is probably around 100 stairs and this ends up making it extremely family unfriendly.

Great location, terrible sofa bed

The room was very clean and the location was great.

There were few basic supplies like washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets so we wouldn't wash up The sofa bed was awful to sleep on - small, creaky, lumpy pillows, only one pillowcase for two people. This resulted in two very bad night's sleep

Third floor without elevator. This fact was pretty hidden at the end of the description of the facilities. No help with luggage. None near by to talk and ask for help or directions. Lighting in the apartment is weird and not as usual, difficult to find

Good place and good location . Make sure you are not driving. Not good if you get an apartment up.

They need to be truthful and say no parking. They say street parking is available - not true. also not enough info to let you know about the stairs

Big and clean apartment

A great point in favor is that they facilitated me by checking-in early without any cost! I appreciate it very much, most apartments do not have this option available or it would have a high cost. The room was exactly the same as the photos, everything was clean, there were many posters with instructions that helped to understand how to use each thing. The location is great, everything is close by. One detail that I really liked is that in the kitchen there was salt, oil and sugar for cooking! The person who sent me the messages with the instructions to check-in was very kind and responded very quickly. The maintenance staff helped me in whatever I needed! Highly recommended. Thank you guys

Perhaps to say the something , the doors were a bit old and I would have liked the TV to be smart but it doesn't really matter! everything else was perfect

Lovely little stay

Brilliant location, room was well-equipped overall Very responsive staff

The wifi didn’t work The double bed was 2 single mattreses pushed together instead of a double mattress Could have had a couple more sockets and/or USB sockets Kitchen was well-equipped in general but could use more cleaning facilities like spray or flannel

Don’t stay if you are sensitive to noise

Good location. Housekeeper Mavis was lovely.

Very very noisy. Had requested for a quiet room but they gave us a basement room and the people above us sounded like elephants. Traffic on the road was also noisy.

sofa bed old and uncomfortable windows and curtains old and hard to open the only wardrobe door was broken, unusable and no one came to fix it even though they were informed clock on wall crooked and battery dead at wrong time throughout stay radiator half off wall

Poor clients relations

I booked a certain appartment which is the most expensive one. When i arrived i was suggested to stay in the basement instead. I refused and was offered another option. I tool it and expected to be moved to the appartment i paid for. But they even never contacted me in regards to this issue...never paid back the difference...never apologized.

wonderful!

The staff are accommodating! The location is perfect for tourist who loves to wander like us! It is very close to shops and transports. Just a 5-10 min walk to Sloan Station if you opt for underground train :)

The shower room is quite small.
