Only 215 meters above the sea level and it feels like you are on top of Olympos. Still you can hear the soothing sound of the waves.
First time the route seems wrong. However, after the second go -and -return it feels much more easy to drive.

This is one of the best accomodations I've ever been to. The actual views are even better than the photos! The apartment is split in 2 levels, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, a small WC and a terrace on ground level. First floor is a really big bathroom, with a large size bedroom and a balcony. You can admire the views, including a full sun diving in the sea sunset from your kitchen, sitting room, bedroom and terraces/balcony. The amount of space and the build quality of the houses offer a sense of luxury like no other. There are also 2 smaller traditional karpathos beds in the living room,so the house is ideal for a family with kids or 4 adults.
If you're looking for a peaceful, high quality holiday villa with stunning views at Olympos in Karpathos, look no further!
Nothing to report.

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay at the end of Olympos. The view is wonderful and rooms are between spacious and enormous. The host is exceptional.
The road to the property for many would not be called ‘a road’..

10 out of 10 is not enough to describe how great this place is. Amazing hospitality and breathtaking views from the villas would result in unforgettable holidays! Will be back next year for sure! I truly appreciate all the efforts the hosts did for us.

Best place ever in Olympos Village!
Amazing view, super clean and bright, super beds! We really felt like home, didn't want to leave! Miss Evgenia is the most sweet person always ready to help us with any of our wishes and needs! We will definitely come back and recommend anyone to come to this lovely accomodation!
Thank you very much for everything 💕

Everything but especially the view!
Temporary problem that the WiFi wasn't working ..

The view is stunning. It is really close to Olympos and the staff is welcoming and friendly.
It is a little difficult to go to Olympos if you have a problem with your knees, as you need to climb some steps. You can go by car but you'll need an SUV, as the road goes uphill.

Breakfast not included. Location was stunning - edge of the village with glorious views of the evening sunset. We were not advised about the roads to the property. The road from the airport (1 & 1/2 hour's drive) is steep with rock falls, on one side, & precipitous drops on the other. There are very few barriers to protect you from the drops!! Once at Olympos the road, to the property is unsurfaced, potholed, very narrow with extremely sharp bends & steep inclines. We would have hired a four by four if we had been more aware of this.
The safety lights, in the bedroom, kept us awake the first night but the owner of the property covered them up when we mentioned this. See above for rest .....!

Loved the stunning views and the size of the accommodation was great. Loved the balcony to enjoy a coffee and the owner was really lovely and friendly.
The roads in that area felt quite intense. So definitely would have liked to know before hand how challenging it would be. Having said that I understand that it's due to it being so remote.

Fabulous views, lovingly designed apartment. Truly exceptional with a very friendly host. Wonderful.

The split level suite was fantastic. I was traveling solo so maybe a bit too big for me, but perfect for a family with small kids who will enjoy the traditional wooden bed in the living room area. The suite is nicer than it looks in the photos - the furnishings are nice and solid, the kitchen includes a big refrigerator and freezer built right into the cabinet, and the bathrooms were up to date with plenty of hot water (a shower curtain would have been nice upstairs). Internet was fast enough to do some ‘work from home’ - and what a spectacular view to work with. As someone else said, it does feel like you’ve come to the end of the world, so if you’re coming for a place to relax and have a glass of wine and enjoy the view, this is it. The host was kind and attentive as well. Olymbos is a lovely town with lovely people. If you are from Maryland, USA you will get lots of love from many of the villagers who seem to have lived and worked there.
Some notes on the location of Olymbos I wish I had known before booking. From the suites it is about twenty minutes to get to Diafani (not much happening there though) and about 1 hour 10 minutes to the main port of Pigadia. I thought I would be able to more easily get from Olymbos to the islands in the south for day trips but while definitely doable, the curvy cliffside roads were a bit of a deterrent. They are beautiful but you will need to drive carefully.
On the way to Olymbos you can stop by Apella beach which was perhaps the most beautiful I've seen in Europe. Finally, Olymbos is up high in the mountains and in early September already quite windy and chilly at night, so be prepared.
As others have mentioned, driving the last 2 km are tricky. I was totally fine in a rental Hyundai i20 and there is plenty of parking, but the dirt road requires an experienced driver who won't get unnerved by heights. It should definitely not be done at night. The location of the suites is neither as good or bad as other reviews have said. It takes about 10 minutes to walk up to the town's main church and restaurants, and about 15 to get to the town's main parking areas. It is a steep walk on dirt roads though so definitely not for the differently abled, but most kids and adults should be fine.

It's a very nice two-story apartment with a wonderful view towards both the sea and the village. The place is comfortable and stylish, outside you can enjoy a garden with flowers and herbs. And in the evening you can contemplate the colourful sunset from your balcony. The hotel owner is a lovely lady who is always ready to help you and gives a lot of information about the village and the other places you can visit nearby.
The only bad thing was that we had to leave.
Internet connection could be improved, WiFi coverage is not working well!

A magic place in a full of energy location.I have travelled a lot and believe me,this is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in Aegean Sea.The incredible view to the endless blue and the wild rocks of the mountains around offer you a unique aura. The hostess, who loves and respects the history and the customs of Olympos,is ready to welcome you with useful information and tips about the island. The rooms are absolutely clean and very comfortable and provide you whatever you need for a long stay.Congratulations and thank you for everything!

Amazing view.
Extremely friendly and helpful owners.
Very well equipped and spacious for three adults.
Lovely touches like cold water left, coffee and creamers.
The traditional 'Sofa' bed was extremely comfortable to sleep in.
Very well signposted from main road and track to accommodation was absolutely fine in a standard hire car.

The view.
Quality of construction and furnishings.
Welcome details (local cookies and bread).
Access to the location is via a dirt road, which gets worse as you leave the main road, up to a point where it gets quite rocky and uphill. This is not a problem if you have a very high car, a 4x4 or a car you don´t care about. But, if you are using a regular, rented car, it´s a different story, specially when rental agreements in Karpathos island specify that you will only drive on asphalt (and I guess they make you sign that for a reason). Should you face any problem, it can cost you a good few hundreds of euros, if not more. The property should be crystal clear about the type of motor access, not just a "rent a good car because roads are not easy" (when 85% of the places can be accessed with a normal car). Same thing, clarity, should apply in regards to the access by foot to the village or the alternative parking (that we used the following days after arrival): if you have small kids, or someone of age or anyone with some kind of knee or similar injury, you may not be able to access the center of the village (which can leave you stranded in the property). Upon check out, the host kindly took our luggage with her 4x4 to the alternative parking area above in the village.
Neither of the 2 bathrooms had a shower curtain or screen, which made the floors a total mess.

I liked everything about the property, excellent accommodations, fantastic views, beautiful flowers throughout the grounds, stunning terrace facilities and Eugenia Sakellis, the property owner, is an amazing host and a wonderful woman, who I’m pleased to call a dear friend of mine, since we met.
There are numerous stairs, which if you have bad knees as I do, a woman of 70 years, may challenge you, but for me, it was worth it. And the road to the property is rough, whether you’re walking from the village or driving from the main road, but it too was worth it for me.

The location and the view are simply breathtaking. You have the sensation that you've reached the end of the world.
The villas are very roomy and clean, and can EASILY accomodate 4 people (even 5). There are two bathrooms, one for each floor.
The warm welcome nd all the help by the host & owner of this exceptional property (our sweet Evgenia) was simply out of the ordinary. Thank you Evgenia!!
There was nothing I didnt like. Simply some piece of advice for future guests :
1. The center of the villlage is only 6-8min away, but do prepare your breakfast in advance, especially if you need to wake up early.
2. The road (unpaved) leading to the property has one or two points that require some attention. Preferably you should manage to reach the place during daylight (even dusk), go SLOW, and simply follow the GPS pin.

Location is unbeatable with awesome views
no breakfast, the decoration is a bit kitsch

We had a wonderful, spacious two storey apartment with a breathtaking view (two bathrooms!, a kitchen and two balconies). The apartment is furnished with care and love. The location is very quiet and relaxing. The very kind owner lives there and is always at hand for help and advice. We had a nice time talking to her. Thank you!
