Very warm and cozy environment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable trip to the snow. Staff were attentive and helpful. Would stay again.
The bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would have liked, and was missing a bath mat on the cold tiled floor. However, upon requesting one, we had fresh towels and a bath mat when getting home that same day. Thank you.

Good location and looked good from the photos
No staff interaction or didn’t see any staff at all, no one to replace / empty bins. Had to find own bin bags as we filled multiple bins. No amenities / refreshes of body soap etc. for the price you pay, facilities are not worth it

Clean towels each day
Very small room, fridge did not work well. Uncomfortable bed.

How clean it was, the super friendly staff and the facilities downstairs - pool table, chill room etc. I like how easy it was to go to the dry room too.
Rooms were a bit small for our liking.
Sound proofing wasn’t very good so you could hear the peoples conversations next door. A bit pricey for what you get.

The manager and owner were extremely friendly, inviting and very obliging. They were present and open to suggestions about minor improvements. I thought the recreational room was good.
Paying about $1,000 a night was excessive, but in keeping with the excessive snow prices at other accommodation venues. It was competitive in the market place of the snowfields. The rooms could have been improved with a toaster and a quality jug. The room was small with two bunk beds and kitchenette, although master bedroom was good.

the location is close to the Thredbo.
many.
first, towards midnight it was hot inside the room and no a/c or even fan not available ( I requested beforehand and the property management declined the request; instead offered me the refund; but didn’t want the refund and stick to the original plan)
on the day of check in no receptionist available ( we checked in before 8:00pm)
During the stay, no room service at all( no removal of the rubbish bin, no change of bed linens, no removal of used towels etc…
Finally after we checked out, they send me an invoice claiming stains on the fridge & wall and a cleaning charge of $50!!!( I totally disagree this wasn’t caused by my stay and sent me a video clip who’s is a fraud!!!)
in summary I totally disappointed the hotel management treated the customers!!!!
strongly advise others better avoid this property as it will spoil your holiday mood !!!!

Friendly, helpful staff. Good, large sitting room.
Need to include hand towels in the room. Should have a fridge with milk at the tea/coffee in the restaurant.

The room was warm, it had a pleasant view. The shower was mostly very hot and functional, the rooms were quiet and tv was fine as well as kettle and teas. Tea range was excellent which we helped ourselves to from the kitchen/dining room. Common room/living space had big lounges, tv, fire and blankets which was great. Heating throughout the building was perfect, not too hot and yet not cold.
very small room, double bed was pretty hard, no table in room, breakfast only for $15 extra provided, lacked atmosphere/culture but was still pleasant enough. Having been here in the past when run by Germans they had a lot more atmosphere and decoration and a bustling European feel. This may improve over time but new owners are providing a different experience along the same lines but Asian food for dinner.

owner did ring me after I realised bar and Resturant wouldn’t be open-he would give me my money back but could t find any other accom anyway -prob ok in ski season but when it’s not the rooms should be alot cheaper for what they are
for the price I wasn’t impressed-tiny tiny room-bar wasn’t open due to staff shortages -and nor was the Resturant-says it in booking.con but ya have to search hard for it -for the price I wasn’t impressed

The room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the games room and the free muffins provided by the staff.
The kids loved the breakfast. However, there weren't many gluten free options only than corn flakes... There were dairy alternative milks which was good to see.

Good value.
Rooms basic, guest lounge not open during day, expected hot breakfast.

Great staff, clean and reasonably comfortable bed. It was quite. Breakfast was good. There is a shared lounge and kitchen but we didn't use them due to COVID.
No air conditioning or fan and the room was small, stuffy and hot. Not great for sleeping.

Clean Room. Friendly staff. Access to shared kitchen and TV room. Good breakfast included.
The room was small and stuffy. No fan or air conditioning and it was hot. Made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Also, only one bedside table and lamp.

Warm welcome and great chalet set up with drying room, laundry and comfortable lounge with fire. Wish we had longer there. Beautiful breakfast. Fantastic people. Real European chalet feel, but authentically Australian.
Wish we had stayed longer.
