A wonderful oasis in the middle of MG Road

The location is convenient and the breakfast spread was good. Ideal for business travelers. I have to say, most staff attending to me was very attentive and courteous.

Disappointed, not going back.

The only positive at this hotel was its location. It is on MG Road and next to a couple of malls. Amenities while present were not great - including the spa, the bar and the restaurant.

A lot. Staff was largely uninterested and were not smiling. Seemed inexperienced. Rooms were tiny - for the price paid, the ROI is in the negative. Room service was horrible. Takes way long time and responsiveness is low. Breakfast was ordinary, nothing to remember. The bar was a huge disappointment, menu boasted a full list while on stock items are very few. The spa is understaffed. I would give this place a miss.

Comfortable and relaxing,

The overall stay at the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. The hotel is within commutable distance from many places of interest which was indeed a bonus. I will recommend this place of stay and also would like stay here again.

Staff need to trained to be attentive towards hotel guests who arrive for breakfast in the morning. We had to wait at the entrance door for longer period of time before any staff even noticed us, then we were seated, the table was not laid. It was disappointing that the we to remind the staff about our food order and also to cutlery.

A fantastic oasis of luxury in the middle of busy Bangalore.

The property held high standards in every regard. The staff were wonderfully presented and eager to help, our room was spotless and had every amenity needed. The rooftop/poolside bar and restaurant were immaculate and with great food and drinks, as well as top notch service.

Only gripe was that I was required to pay to upgrade to a premium wifi package in order to take a conference call, but at Rs.700 for the upgraded speed I could hardly complain.

Excellent breakfast, very relaxing atmosphere in the breakfast area at 4th floor. very efficient & polite staffs and they try their best to make our stay more comfortable

The gym area is too small with lack of modern gym machines. Needs overhaul and modernisation.

Absolutely excellent!

Excellent breakfast spread. Courteous and prompt staff. Good location. We were able to use the pool and gym and both met our expectations. Definitely recommend.

The rooms are a bit small.

The overall place was excellent. I will return with no problem.

I think the whole staff management with regard to the restaurant should be looked at. It is not well managed in our view. The staff were great as a whole but one often has to ask about 4 different people for something since it takes so long to get a request filled. There were a few guys there I would give excellent. Not sure about the rest. I do not

It's a beautiful place to stay when in Bangalore..

View of the room, restaurant and food.. You may feel rooms are small but it looks more European style...

Especially housekeeping service.. I reduced 2 stars because of this otherwise it deserves 9 stars for sure...

Wonderful, great hotel and very good staff members

Staff courtesy and behavior. Mainly Miss Safia respected me while taking into room, explaining all the facilities usage, really amazing experience as I didn’t get so far in many business trips in other countries. Thank you so much all of staff members from entry gate till I checked out.

Small room size. Quality of welcome and service levels. Very disappointed with the way breakfast service levels had gone down since my past stays. Amateurs running the place now.

Comfortable for the price paid

Loved the Pool. Decent breakfast. Loved the fact they have a maggie live station.

You should change your policy over changing sheets after 3 days only. While on travel, the sheets tend to get dirty more and hence, its a hygiene issue. It will be great if sheets are changed with each housekeeping visit.
