Everything about this hotel was perfect: the location, kind and pleasant staff, the amenities, breakfast and the view. Definitely recommend it!
4.5
Nice hotel right in the center of Zell. Very nice breakfast. Staff was very helpful, I was able to park my motorcycle in covered parking.
The room I had faced a busy street, so it was either noisy or hot in the room. The layout of the hotel can be a bit confusing, but staff showed me to the room.

Everything great. Charming, kind and helpful staff. Great location and magnificent views to the Alps from the terrace. Great value for money

Room was quite spacious and breakfast was fine.
The house is a bit dated, and the spa wasn’t opened when we were there.

very spacious two bed room apartment with nice kitchen. very central location.

Nice hotel on the inside and out. The location is central in town, close to shuttle to the ski slopes and to the train station. I liked the breakfast a lot and breakfast servers were nice. Liked my view of the mountains and the balcony was nice but a bit cold to stay out very long on in Winter.
Stayed in Winter and the single bed wasn’t very comfortable since I’m a big guy. My room was above a bakery and a little noise drifted through at night when it was busy plus the room was too warm but couldn’t crack the windows since it was cold out and smell of the bakery was strong. I had trouble checking in on a Sunday with no one at the front desk and a housemaid got a little surly when I requested assistance.

very good location and very good ski storage. spacious apartment
not enough parking spaces and the pillows were uncomfortable

I would outline the high-quality of the staff, owners were hands-on and helpful, breakfast was offering correct food variety, wellness floor and relaxing panoramic room fully met our expectations, we liked our staying in Garni-Strasser Hotel very much.
nothing to complain about

lovely apartment hotel in the centre of Zell am ziller , very friendly
helpful staff, lovely breakfast .stayed over Christmas with the family to ski, big ski room with boot warmers, well equipped kitchen to self cater and well stocked Supermarket almost next door. really appreciated the apart-hotel staffs’ help with information for Christmas restaurant bookings before we arrived . It is a 3 minute walk to the station for the Zillertal- bahn for the train on to Mayrhofen to ski and back to Jenbach for travelling home. ski buses also go from same stop.

Very nice hotel in a great location
They assign a table for the breakfast based on your room number. There can be more than 1 room per table. I was alone in the breakfast area, there were many free tables around and an obviously sick woman came in and because she had a certain room number, she was seated at my table. Corona is not over yet! And even if it was, I still don't want to have breakfast with strangers at the same table when all other tables are free

Very nice apartment hotel, restaurant in good location for Alpine vacations. Thanks
Promoted inside hotel bath SPA - were all days not opened because staff can not organise more than 5 persons visit !?

Everything was fine

Nice staff, excellent breakfast, great wellness.
We had a double room and a single room. The double room was nice and spacy but the single room was super small (like in Japan) and not worth the money.

Clear and simple late check-in instructions. A very quite place despite being in a busy street. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Comfortable rooms, great wellness centre, lovely breakfast, a lot of things to do in the area.
Maybe noise from the street and the railway line, but even those were quiet at night

I got upgraded to a big room (which was called a small double room, so I am curious about the big rooms!). I booked a one person room. The staff was really helpful (they turned on the sauna for me, adviced me on where to go hiking and so on). The breakfast was really good: different kinds of bread, bread rolls and cake, yoghurt with various things to add (muesli, nuts, raisins and so on), different kinds of cheese and meat and fresh fruit. I parked my car for free at the back of the hotel and could leave it there while I was on a tour for a week.
In a four star hotel, I expect a desk, a fridge and a water cooker and tea. There was plenty of storage space (big closets in the room) and even a couch, but a desk would also be nice.

From Zell am Zieller you could go everywhere in beautiful valley and Hintertux glacier is 25 minutes drive.
In this small town you could find everything you need and the hotel itself is really an apartment one.
4.5
Very nice family run hotel. it offers both rooms and apartments. Hotel is shining clean , large and spacious rooms. Breakfast is very good , many breads, cheese . Wellness floor is very nice. Reasonable distance ( with car ) to many entry points to the different ski resorts.
Not all staff is fluent in English. No elevator from the ground floor , ( only from first floor ) so you need to carry your luggage with you.
