Katastrophe

Wir haben das Hotel für die Durchreise gewählt. Die Betten und das Frühstück waren gut. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns ein Taxi gerufen, das war nett.

Das Hotel hat den Charme aus den 80er Jahren behalten und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Wir hatten zu viert die Presidentensuite. So eine kahle unpersönliche Einrichtung sieht man selten. Wir hatten 2 Bäder, aber das eine konnte wir nicht benutzen, da er dermassen nach verfaultem Brackwasser stank. Und leider lag dieses Bad direkt neben meinem Bett. Das andere Bad war sauber und ok, zum Duschen gab es aber nur kaltes Wasser. Nun aber das beste: das Hotel vermietet die Fläche rund um den Pool für private Feiern. Und in unserer Nacht fand bis 4 Uhr morgens eine Techno Party statt. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken, die Bässe drangen bis ins Kissen. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass das Hotel uns bei der Buchung oder beim Check-in darüber informiert hätte, dann hätten wir woanders übernachtet. Für 180$ die Nacht eine echte Katastrophe für ein Radission. Und natürlich kamen sie uns auf Nachfrage nicht mit dem Preis entgegen.

It was dirty, both floor and bathrooms. Even insects were dead in the room and bathroom.

Good and bad things in the same hotel

Breakfast was fantastic and José Herrera´s service was outstanding, world class

The first lunch we had was horrible. It took more than an hour, for a burnt pork and a plate of chicken neck

Pool mit Bar. Gute Omelette zum Frühstück. Ruhige Lage etwas ab vom Schuss. Guter Preis. Parken direkt vor Gebäude/Zimmer.

Farbloses Zimmer, Tresor nicht angeschraubt. Betten zu kurz.

Decepcionada!

Primero, mi habitación no era como las fotos que publican. El baño estaba HORRIBLEMENTE SUCIO, la cortina del baño asquerosa y era muy corta por lo que toda el agua se salía y el piso súper manchado.

La cama muy cómoda, limpia y espaciosa. El restaurante y su menú/precios, excelente. Instalaciones/áreas verdes que rodean, excelente.

El piso de la regadera no estaba limpio, los canales de la televisión no se veían bien.

Ok property, though not very clean, older, and unsupportive staff, food not good but not horrible.

Breakfast was not good.

The staff was unhelpful I booked 2 rooms one for my kid and they put us in 2 separate buildings although they had rooms in our building vacant that day they did not think to keep the 2 rooms together so could not put us in the same building. So I could not use the 2nd room but they still charged me the full price for the room I could not use do to their not being professional.

The staff was excellent, the service was great, and the room was clean and accessible. The new admin is committed to making it better.

The hotel was a work in progress, a lot of small details to fix.

Hotel administration must to buy new towels and bed sheets. Humidity inside bedroom were very high. Our assigned bedroom requires urgently deep cleaning and maintenance.

Nice but not worth the money.

I booked and paid for a suite, and they down graded me because I did not include my guests in the reservation. They were sold out and I'm sure they resold my suite for a higher price. They refused to give money back and instead offered me extra breakfast coupons and use of the pool. The breakfast was definitely not worth the down graded. The room safe also did not work and the windows I found unlocked.

Comfortable stay in clean room but facilities fall short of expectations.

Generous breakfast with excellent alternative food options in a very nice dining venue. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were generous in size and clean. This facility has great potential and could become a highly desired resort and convention destination with appropriate facility maintenance and promotion. It is truly a diamond in the rough.

Booked for junior suite which are, apparently, not available at that hotel. Wi-Fi equipment needs to be upgraded and signal strengthened as Wi-Fi coverage is of poor strength and intermittent in our unit, failing for a time every evening. Grounds have to be upgraded and maintained as all of the complex feels as if it either been abandoned or it is slowly being resurrected from being abandoned and has been opened too soon. Water heater was weak and inadequate to provide a warm shower. Bathroom window screens needed maintenance to prevent insects from getting in.

Room a good size, dated, but hot shower, comfy bed. Clean. Had dinner which was tasty and breakfast hot with decent choices. Only stayed one night so didn't use any other facilities. Staff welcoming and helpful.

Noisy restaurant, which was open air and right next to main highway. Signage to find the property was terrible, no indication that it is part if a large Casino next door, reception for check in is in their car park. The car hire guy actually took us to the hotel. It is not near the town centre at all for walking, you would need to drive rather than try and cross the 4 lane highway! Our ground floor room looked out onto access road round edge of property with tennis courts over the road, so we couldn't open our curtains for natural light. Sorry but not for us if ever coming here again. Great for a quick stop over on a long journey.
