Amazing staff and sparkling clean!

Amazing staff and the room was spotless. The included breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this property. Our room was by the pool and we could hear the noise from that area a bit, which is to be expected. It didn’t bother us, but if you’re wanting a very quiet place, request a room away from the main area.

Comfortable, relaxing, convenient

The resort gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was amazing and absolutely gorgeous. It was the best bed we slept on while vacationing in bali. The bathtub was big and comfortable, the property was nice and quiet and away from the craziness of seminyak which kept our vacation nice and relaxing. The food for breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly, helpful and truly the best. The pool was also beautiful, clean and peaceful.

Worth the money. Two bedrooms pool villa is spacious and the location is perfect.

We got an upgrade from two rooms to a two bedroom pool villa at a very good price, and the villa is spacious! The pool is a bit bigger than normal pool in a normal pool villa, which is good. My family and I talked every day that it was the best decision to do that upgrade. The location is right in the center where we can walk to many restaurants, shops and cafes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like that the hotel made available the adapters in both bedrooms.

The air condition in both bedrooms are not working well. I stayed in the master bedroom and I felt very warm and had to open the door to the bathroom as another air condition in the bathroom worked perfectly. The pillows are too bigger and hard. I like the outdoor shower in the master bedroom but the water leaked into the indoor bathroom every time I showered.

EVERYTHING! In particular the staff. They have the friendliest staff we have ever encountered. So helpful and kind. Unbelievable service

The only downside was the bed was a little hard, but it wouldn’t stop me staying there again.

It was a very realxing stay.

The daily buffet breakfast, which was included in our deal, was tremendous. A huge amount of food was provided every day, including fruit, cereal, toast, croissant, bacon, tomatoes and on the spot cooked eggs, and omlettes.

The bathroom decor was a bit jaded and could do with an upgrade. However, the shower, toilet and basin were all clean and in good condition and the water pressure was great in the shower.

Perfect place to stay

Breakfast everyday was perfect. Always lots of variety Location is also in the heart of seminyak. All the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and accommodate to all your needs. Rama, Desi and June always happy and bring joy to customers with their smiles and perfect service. All the food is flawless and cannot fault anything.

The hotel is right in the centre but still has the privacy as it's located away from the road. The staff here were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a good selection and it was an enjoyable stay. The location is great!

Accommodation was okay for 2 nights, but left tired due to poor sleeping conditions.

The staff were lovely and very helpful and the proximity to the main strip in Seminyak was handy.

Uncomfortable beds, air-conditioning did not run consistently so temperature fluctuated in the room all night, loud doors so everyone's movements around you was heard including through the night.
