Swimmingpool was alright.
Its worn. No view from the room.
Restaurant was not very nice.
4.0
It is a old hotel and poorly maintained.
8.0
Very clean and nice ambience. Fantastic Breakfast arrangements and multiple food selections. Staff and arrangements are outstanding.
There were extra security checks while we enter the property gates. Which may disturb your mood.
10.0
Slow check in process and I hope technology is not upgraded
9.0
Spacious rooms with comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
8.0
room layout, you have everything you need in the room. late checkout is available.
A staff kept on asking if I was okay and trying to make me feel comfortable when all I wanted was to check-in and make myself comfy after a long trip. It was friendly but made me too uncomfortable in front of the receptionists and I felt judged (eyes rolling) hahaha
If you'll stay for a week, you might get tired of having the same options for a buffet breakfast or lunch.
There's no place for business meetings or at least a common area to work with a few colleagues but at the breakfast lounge.

Everything except one
I had requested for a smoking room while booking and hoped I would receive the same. At the reception after making the payment I was informed by the reception that they only had non-smoking rooms.
I was literally forced to accept what they had since I had made the payment.
The right way was to let me know that theirs was a no smoking facility ahead of arrival and give me the timeframe to book another facility.
8.0
neat and clean with no unnecessary baggage of big hotels
access is a bit complicated
it is on multi floors
breakfast can be really a dhaba with shared tables and average service

not a value for money against the price they are charging

breakfast was okay.
we checked in at 12.30 after traveling the whole day coming from Coorg and were to leave at 8am next morning. their midnight in room dining options are terrible especially considering so many foreign travelers stay in and check in late due to flight timings. In the first room we were given, the toilet seat was all yellow and dirty, not cleaned at all. it was so disgusting. the bed had hair on it. the second room, the face towel was yellow stained. terrible cleaning standards.
unlike all hotels across the world, I have traveled a lot both here and internationally, this is the first where they charge for an extra person and dont provide a bed in the room, but charge extra for just providing the bed. the extra person charges were more like just for breakfast which one can pay for anyway, but in a hotel room when you are charging for extra person, that should include providing a bed for that person to sleep. isn’t that what a hotel is for? i book a room for 3, pay for 3, but sleeping facility for 2. thats like charging breakfast for all 3 but no bed to sleep, beds is chargeable if you want in the room. not recommended.

The beds were really comfy, most of the staff were lovely, and organised transport to and from the airport seamlessly.
The pool and spa were under renovation which was misleading in the advertising of the hotel, when we asked to use another Radisson pool there was a bit of pushback. The decor of the hotel is quite outdated.
