Very good value for money and the staff are very polite

It is very good value for money. The staff are very polite and helpful.

There was a lot of noise from workmen doing work very early in the morning just outside our room which made it difficult to sleep. It would have been better to warn guests before arrival giving them an option to seek alternative accommodation if this is preferable to them.

The August Stay 2024

The supervisor by name Sanjana gave an excellent attempt to see the defects in the room were almost done. The reservation booking person by name Riya was very prompt in enquiring about check in on said dates of check in. The house keeping person by name Rajeev Chaudhary did his job upto the mark. No issues. All staff persons were cordial. Special mention about Neeraj, Sonu and Amjad. The security personnel by name Anil and Akram were doing a good job. Food was really delicious. As the receptionist Mr.Girish was adamant for a halfday rent as he told he had given an early check in, the property owner Mr.Harpreet Singh was kind enough to waive some rent when requested as he really knows the true value of old occupants.

Laundry was not upto mark for white clothes. Staff telling that the coffee and cookies is complimentary and billing the same for some days was really painful. Calling bell not rectified even though told umpteen number of times. The foam bed was not upto the mark and caused some back pain. Hope the calling bell and foam bed shall be changed in next visit. If amount for food is too costly. Network facility not accessible inside the room and hence had to come out and use the mobile.

There is nothing to like anything not room ambience and facilities

While booking the room I paid about 5150/ per day as if it was a four star hotel after paying that much also the staff demanded for breakfast amount. They could have told that before going to the breakfast really disappointed and paying that much also I feel like it is not worth what we have paid

I would like to thank Riaa, for taking such good care of me and personally helping me in everything I needed.

Please be careful when you’re checking in and you have to pay something because this people would do anything to charge you more than your are supposed to pay. Room needs a serious update. Also it is very annoying how much they insist on getting a review, they will keep texting you weeks after you check out to make sure you make your review..

Good and safe stay.

It was a nice and safe stay. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and nice. It had a lot of varieties to select. The location was also easy to access and to other important places. The air-port pick up was also on-time and good.

On the bill, they charged INR 1300.00 additionally under other charges which were not explained on the bill.

Excellent

The singh hotel staff provided me the best customer service to us. They provided me good and clean room and they have amazing foods for all for us. The special thing is they treated my kids very well and we felt very time that we are stay like our home country hotel. The staff members are very kind, very friendly and genuine manners. If we come again we definitely stay this hotel.

A good address very close to New Delhi train station.

Excellent location, rooms clean and confortable. Buffet breakfast is good. Despite there is a busy street, you don’t hear any noise from the street. AC is silent. New Delhi train station is 5 min away on foot.

We were comfortably stayed at the hotel for 2 days.

The staff is very kind and polite. especially Mr. Kunal. Entire stay of mine is satisfactory except uncontrollable power cut issue at the area. The flexible arrangement of the hotel management is appreciated. I went their with my wife and 3.5 year daughter before the check in time. the hotel staff was so kind and helped me to check in to a comfortable room within very short time as I discussed. Hence I rate hotel's empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance is in satisfactory and appreciated level. Food also, tasty.

The power cut in the area and the noise from the ongoing renovation work.(but it is short term)

Le calme, l'accueil par de vrais professionnels ,le personnel formé à la clientèle internationale anglophone , les fontaines d'eau potable à chaque étage gratuite,le fait de pouvoir quitter la chambre sans que la clim s'arrête,les boutons électriques a la tête du lit, le service du voiturier qui s'arrangeait pour que la voiture se trouve toujours sur une place sécurisée,la literie confortable et propre ,le métro à 15mn à pieds .Je conseille l'Empire Singh .

Hôtel difficile à atteindre à " l'heure de pointe" car voie à sens unique embouteillée et dangereuse pour les piétons .

תשקיעו במלון טוב או באכסניה. זה מלון באמצע ולא שווה את זה

בדלהי יש מקומות גרועים יותר. הצוות היה בסדר

המלון הרגיש כמו חיקוי של מלונות 3 כוכבים ריח רע של בנזין בחדר. ריח רע מהשירותים אין וילון על החלון שפונה לחומה. נכנס אור בבוקר ובכלל מרגיש מוזר עם חלון חשוף החדר לא היה ממש נקי - בעיקר הרצפה לא מנקים אלא אם מבקשים מהם מזגן רועש מאד שמכוון ישר למיטה והייתי צריך לשים מולו כיסא שלא יפריע בלילה בשניים מארבעה לילות הייתה הפסקת חשמל מספר פעמים - ואז צריך לקום בלילה להדליק את המזגן

It was good and comfortable stay

Room provided later on was very good. Initially they provided the room with poor network issue. location is excellent

while booking on booking.com dinner was included in the room tariff. however the hotel authorities didnt entertain it and i had to pay extra for the dinner. Dont trust wholly on booking.com.

Mostly a food nice

Good location, really nice helpful staff, breakfast was pleasant and it was surprisingly quiet!

It wasn’t very clean in the room, people’s hair everywhere. The safe didn’t work and I was told to just leave my passport and electronics in the room because they’d be ‘fine’. I had no choice as it wasn’t fixed.

Delhi de uygun fiyatlı turistik yerlere yakın otel arayanlara uygun, yoğun kalabalık ve trafikten rahatsız olmuyorsanız

Fiyat performans olarak iyiydi, yemekleri güzel Çalışanları ilgiliydi. İlk ayarlanan oda da sıkıntı olunca hemen odamızı değiştirdiler.

Odaların bir kısmında pencere yok, klimalardan kaynaklı ortam tozlu, allerjik olan yapılar sıkıntı yaşar benim arkadaşım gibi. Kalabalık ve yoğun bir bölge istemeyen gezginler için pek uygun değil konum olarak ancak tarihi yerlere yakın fakat trafikten ulaşım zor.

Worse than expected

Most of the staff was nice, even though they asked for tips (and not so subtly) for services we paid for. We booked a driver for a day, Shyam, and he was nice and accomodating.

When we got to our room it had just been “cleaned”, but my bed sheets had blood stains and yellow stains on them – they changed it when I complained, only after remarking that the room had just been cleaned. The room had a weird smell and many small cockroaches coming out of beds and walls. Rooms have no windows, or if they do they can’t be opened. On their hotel description it said they offered free airport pickup service, but we ended up having to pay for it.

Good value for money and friendly staff.

Clean and well maintained property. Room was facing away from streets. So did not have any noice issue. The staff was friendly and helped with all my queries and requests.

It is situated in a bit of a doggy area. You have to take care of your valuables while walking in the streets.
