Super clean and good sized room. A small word - if using sofa bed, carry a portable fan (that can easily fit in a handbag) as the surrounding area may become a bit hot.
All inclusive not fit for vegetarians or for those with dietary restrictions. Most dishes were of beef.

Size of room
Bathroom location not great, food at the Italian restaurant was not great at all. Never went back to any of the restaurants at the hotel.

We got upgraded on arrival for free, and had a beautiful room and hot tub. The views are incredible, the staff were amazingly friendly, funny and welcoming, and it is well situated to go into Agios Nikolaos.

The accommodation was fantastic. Right on the beach. Beautiful pool. Chairs at the beach. Fabulous buffet breakfast. One of best we have ever. Spa in the room. Serviced every day. Beach towels. A bottle of wine on arrival and fruit plate. Little bottles of shampoo conditioner body wash. Even a restaurant bar at the beach, no complaints. Fantastic views to beach from your room. Elevator straight to beach
All good. No complaints

lovely hotel, all extra restaurants were lovely and a great bonus. Rooms clean and stocked up on water and towels every day. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We liked the private beach
if you are looking for a wristband wearing, watered down TINY drinks (even if you paying for them and not on the all inclusive) queuing for food, family all inclusive vibe then this is your place.

Excellent variety at breakfast. Loved the room and shower. No issues if we needed an extra towel etc. there was a thunderstorm when we went (sadly!!) so we loved using the indoor pool without extra cost until 2pm. Creperie was fab! We had 2 teens with us and we all enjoyed the games room. We hd unfortunate weather but had a lovely time nonetheless stunning place hope to go back and would recommend. The lift to beach very handy especially if you have young children or anyone with mobility issues.
Staff were always friendly and helpful. Stunning views. We had a room with a jacuzzi which was great given the weather we had.
Would have been nice to have access to indoor pool all day without extra charge.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were great. The food in the Blue Agean buffet restaurant was on the whole very good, a wide choice and well manned. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Good quality and not the ones that tip up when you sit on one end!! The gym was well equipped with great views out to sea while you worked out. It is over 5km from Ag Nick, the nearest town, as stated. Cost is 12 euros by taxi or 3.5 by bus which stops outside. Worth visiting for shops etc. Overall, we did have a relaxing week but probably not have picked it for reasons pointed out below.
We booked 2 swim up rooms as by the photos, they seemed to be in the sun. However, this time of year (1st week Oct) the sun only shines on them in the morning from the right. In the shade by midday! This meant the pools were quite cold as they never have the chance to heat up. So complete waste of time imo. The orientation of the hotel also meant that the main area around the pool was in the shade by 5pm even though the sun was shining down the coast. Again most of the balconies facing the sea were in the shade by mid afternoon. The pool was quite cold for some reason, around 22C, despite the sea being considerably warmer. It was a windy week for our stay, which apparently is common for this time of year too. So no water sports seemed to be available apart from jetskis. The A La Carte restaurants were disappointing down to lack of choice and quality compared to the buffet downstairs. However it was a change of scenery. The main bar also lacked ambiance, comfort or charm. Felt like sitting at school dinner tables. Overall, if you just visit for the sun at this time of year and want to sit on your balcony and watch the sunset with a glass of wine, don't go here. Otherwise, it is perfectly acceptable.

Close to family. Great facilities. Friendly staff. Fantastic food. Very comfortable stay.
I would have preferred a bath as well as shower but this is such a small detail.

We stayed in a room with an own pool. The room was great and the pool was nice although quite shallow. The view was amazing!
Breakfast was lowest quality that we have ever experienced in a hotel. Glasses and cutlery were dirty every morning. We were there without all-inclusive and realised that this is a place where you must have it. The day we arrived we had to buy crepes for lunch because they had nothing else for guests without all-inclusive. Other days we traveled to Agios Nikolaos to eat. Also, you have to wear a wristband even though you're staying there and have breakfast only.
Worst experience in this hotel was that A HOTEL WORKER CAME IN OUR ROOM DURING A NIGHT. Unbelievable mistake to do.
3.0
good beach front and beach bar and water sports
Pool too cold to use. Inclusive drinks ok but the mixers are aweful; bought my own coke from the shop to go with White Rum. Buffet food is tedious and the other restaurants with limited use per stay are not very good.

The views from most of the property are really good.
We were in a back room as far from anything as one could be.
3.5
Most areas looked as though they had been recently renovated. Most of the staff were friendly.
Marianna at the pool bar was incredible always, so attentive and friendly
The entertainment wasn’t great. The room was very outdated
with a tiny shower cubicle. We asked to upgrade room as our
‘Mountain view’ was no view at all, just rock which allowed 0 sunlight
and made the balcony/room even more dingy - what was more annoying was not hearing anything back about upgrading
4.0
Very comfortable, modern rooms, friendly staff, the
view was terrific, the elevator to the beach was very
practical
spa area was poorly decorated, there was an
unpleasant smell in some corridors and also in front
of the dining room. The playarea for children was
dangerous as the tiles from the floor were not
stable and an open pool was right next to the
playground. The person who took care of the kids
was unfortunately way too young for the job.

Our room was lovely - we were upgraded
Kids’ club was terrible. Some of the staff

Room:
Refurbished and nicely decorated.
Location:
Nice view of the sea and 15 min drive from center of AgNikolas.
Room:
Averagely cleaned. Some rooms had terrible noise coming from other rooms. Those with “mountain view” had in reality a rock instead with no view and not even light coming in the room. Those on the 3rd floor (see pics) and private pool had also nice sea view.
Facilities:
2 pools always very crowded, small gym room, spa/massage available but we did not tried that
Breakfast:
Average quality of food, always very busy makes you be in a hurry and had to rush to get there before food runs out, big queues
Service/stuff:
Did minimum basic, not very helpful at reception, 1 problem with our AC in our room was not resolved within 1 day as promised.

The room was not properly cleaned. It had hair from the previous occupants and also the shower wasn’t draining the water like it should.

The sea and the view is very nice.
Unfortunately I regretted choosing this hotel for my stay. I am from Crete and been in that region every summer of my life. Now it was the first time that I brought my wife and baby to Crete and I chose the hotel thinking that it would amaze them. The view in this part of Crete is always very nice and the waters very nice to swim also but this is a given from nature. The hotel although it has the price of a five star hotel is a four star at a push. There is no room service which is a requirement for a five star. I had to call several times and had to speak with several people in order to be able to have food in my room because I had a baby sleeping in the room and I didn’t want to wake him up. Towels for the beach were provided in after the room was cleaned and not at the private beach of the hotel which should be the case. When we got the towels they were ripped. The private beach has amazing waters but is dirty and not at all maintained by the hotel. There are straws and cigarettes butts everywhere in the beach. I had a private pool in the room with glass at the end of it which was dirty and in all 6 days of my stay the glass was cleaned once at 12:00 when we usually would want to go to the pool and the cleaning guy was just taking the dirt out letting it drop in the pool which we were supposed to swim later. Lots of noise in the corridor as the rooms are not soundproof. The staff of the hotel was doing their best and they were very kind but they were not as many as they should be. We always saw the same people from early morning until the late evening and they looked exhausted and overworked. The breakfast area looks like a canteen and they had only filtered coffee. I asked for a cappuccino and they told me to take it at 10:00 from the pool bar and pay for it while I had breakfast included.Everything I asked seemed like a struggle. I am proud of my region and our hospitality but this was the worst example to show to my new family and I honestly regret it.
2.0
level of cleanness, bad breakfast
4.0
nice facilities, good service, kind staff
bad smell in room, pool not organized (no life guard, no towels, no service, not enough sun beds).
3.5
The beach bar and the beach itself were wonderful - nice atmosphere, crystal clean water, perfect conditions to swim. The staff at the beach were extremely friendly and always in a good mood. The massage and the beauty procedures at the SPA were good, too. The creperie had the tastiest food on site.
The food was really mediocre. Even fresh vegetables that you’d expect to be abundant in Greece were not great. i guess it’s normal for all inclusive packages, but they could really do better. The location is also not ideal if you don’t have a car. The nearest village is Agios Nikolaus and it’s 10 min drive. The place is a 4* really, wouldn’t give it 5*. People can be very loud, especially at the pool, so keep that in mind if you plan an afternoon nap.
