Excelente lugar para quedarse en Pereira!

Lo que mas nos gustó fué el desayuno, delicioso y muy variado. El servicio en el restaurante para la cena fué excepcional por parte de Jonathan. El personal de recepción es también muy amable e interesado en las necesidades de los huéspedes. La ubicación es excelente, con el centro comercial al que se accede desde el interior del hotel, parqueadero en el sótano, acceso inmediato al centro de la ciudad...realmente tuvimos una muy buena impresión del hotel, felicitaciones!

Great location, delicious breakfast, I would only fix the track consumables they leave in your room.

We liked the location, and the breakfast

We didn’t like that the hotel was trying to charge us for a Snickers bar and a bottle of water we never consumed. I don’t understand how there’s such a disconnect here.

Great place to be in Pereira

The staff is amazing, always ready to exceed your expectations. The hotel is great, comfortable, spacious, great breakfast and very nice pool. Location very central and convenient.

Superb

Great location in Pereira if you need/want to be close to business or nightlife. The breakfast is pretty good, although very local flavours. Rooms are pretty comfty

I stayed during the gas shortage in the region, I understand the restrictions of this situation obviously, but I would have expected that once they had regained Gas usage they would have informed the guests. I only found out there was hot water or that the spa was opened a day later after a casual conversation with a breakfast employee

I paid for a premium room. the room was the same as my previous stay . all I got was access to the lounge which was sad and only open on weekdays . in other words , the premium room was worthless .

Excellent location beautiful hotel.

A full breakfast, great. Location was excellent. This hotel had all the amenities I needed, the pool was heated and beautiful. The spa and the staff were excellent. Everything was clean, no complaints. There is a mall right next to it, with the entrance inside the hotel- very convenient and has everything you may need.

I requested a quite room/floor, they offered a VIP room at the top floor that included an open snack bar M-F 3-8p and check in right away for 20 something more dollars each day. I got there at 230p and they would not let me into my original room. However, once I upgraded they let me into the VIP room- same room decorated differently, it was at the top floor. Yes it was quite, but the snack bar was not worth it, getting there at 5pm there were never any snacks left and no one overseeing this. I did not think it was worth it.

Bar closed on Sunday!! Reception took a long time to let me know if I could stay longer or not, at the end around 12:30 they gave an answer but it was stressing.

Disappointing

Great hotel, stayed a few times but this time the staff behind the desk were just painfully slow during check out. This is my only issue but it took 35 minutes to check out with only one family group in front of us. Breakfast is good and location is great. Hopefully they can adjust and get on the ball speeding things up a bit.
