Checkin quá chậm, chờ lâu hơn 1 tiếng sau giờ checkin quy định nhưng nv checkin k hề chủ động liên hệ khách để nhận phòng. Ăn buffe sáng k đủ bàn phải chờ 45p mới đến lượt được ăn. Chất lượng phục vụ quá tệ so với chi phí khách bỏ ra

Wish we could stay longer!

Proximity to airport, also not too far from town. Private beach. Very comfortable and spacious villa. Lovely pool. Very delicious buffet breakfast.

Our villa had several problems - tv in living room was not working, light outside foyer was broken and there was one day that housekeeping did not turn up.

朝食バイキングが種類も多くて美味しいビーチが目の前プールも大きくて綺麗

繁華街まで車で20分程度かかります。近場にレストランもほぼないので、ホテルでのんびりして食事もするなら最高のホテルだと思います。

Great

Amazing resort, great rooms but needs more up keeping.

1. The hotel sheets were smelly and even after changing it kept smelling of sweat. Something is very off with the same. Same for the towels. 2. The pools shut at 7PM, very early for a resort. 3. Very limited options for tweens.

Perfect location for a beach-side resort holiday, friendly & helpful staff, good facilities.

The gym facility was great, well equipped however could do with a brand which represent the status of the hotel, Technogym. Everything else in the entire resort was perfect - from the staff service, to the breakfast spread to the room and grounds. Will definitely recommend the DMRS to others seeking similar objectives with their holidays.

The TV seems to be on the blitz, with the WiFi access being lost several times during our stay - but all else was good.

Overall, a very well relaxed and enjoyable trip

We have been well served (beyond expectations) from Anh Truc of Concierge. She is very friendly, patience and knowledgeable with her recommendations and have gone beyond her working hours to ensure that we are well taken care! Super fantastic staff.

The food may be overpriced and not attractive.

Beautiful Family stay.

Villa was amazing. Spacious clean and very comfortable. Loved the pools and the beachside location.

We could not use the kitchen in our villa, which was disappointing. Also, a bit far from the city attractions.

Fantastic pool!

The breakfast was really extensive.

The kids club was just a big room with old toys. The staff were friendly but didn’t initiate playing with my child or creating games. Would have been better with more activities. You could pay for painting but this should have been included. Overall the kids club was a little boring.

Es un paraíso. El entorno, la playa, las piscinas, la habitación. Todo espectacular. El buffet de desayuno es muy completo.

El control del clima en la habitación podría estar mejor. Enfriaba demasiado si querías tener el aire y parece que no se podía modificar la salida de aire ni la temperatura aún tocando el panel. La comida en los restaurantes es muy básica y de calidad media.

Beautiful resort - a place to really unwind.

Wonderful resort with incredible pool and gardens. We loved the very spacious rooms with incredible views of ocean. The staff were amazing in every interaction.

The only downside for us during our stay was that only one pool was open and only one restaurant was open due to maintenance and upgrades. This was disappointing - as we paid normal room rate. I think we would have been grateful if Marriott had advised us of this prior to our stay so we could make an informed decision.

This is just not a five star hotel in every point.

The pool beeing very close to the beach.

First room had electronic issues, replacement room shower did not work properly, night stand could only be dimmed but not turned off, had to unscrew bulb. Only one Restaurant open, pool bar lousy food! General the hotel is lacking the 5star details!

a great break away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the pools were fantastic. the food was great. would definitely stay again. what made our stay superb was having a ground floor room with direct access to the pool area

Superb

The design, cleanliness, breakfasts, room service is exceptional. The beach is clean, the pool area is spacious. Great hotel to forget about work for a week!

Water could be provided for free in the pool area. We ask for water in the beach bar, but were told to pay, although the same water is delivered to the rooms for free. Some of the staff isn’t very confident in English, so it was challenging to order room service with special request over a phone. Some of the sinners at the beach need an upgrade.

Everything it was perfect. The room in the fifth floor with the views of the pool and the sea 200% recommended! The pool really nice location near to the sea. The bar in the pool very much completed with nice music. Also the Gym very good. I will go back 100% Thank you very much guys! I have amazing days over there.

Beautiful relaxing resort

Beautiful hotel, a little dated but still very high quality furniture & fixtures. Plenty of space around the swimming pools and the beach is clean with a lifeguard on duty. Quite often we had the beach to ourselves. Buffet breakfast was good,but could be improved with some variation. We stayed for 8 days, same food every day. We stayed in a deluxe ocean view room, very spacious with balcony and huge double sink bathroom. Room and linen was spotless. Staff service from all departments was excellent. Spa treatments were luxuriuous and so relaxing. Gardens and pool area well maintanined and peaceful. Staff at pool bar could perhaps venture out and offer menus to guests around pool and on beach lounges, be more visible. Small detail though. Overall, great place to unwind around pool & beach but close enough to the main hub to call a Grab (Uber) and check out the restaurants and bars down the road.

We booked an ocean view deluxe room but could not see the ocean. Completely blocked by palm trees (3rd floor) and were overlooking children's play area instead. Not happy about that.

Overall a lovely place to stay but hospitality staff definitely not up to general Marriott standards

Location, reception staff and resort in general was great

service from hospitality staff was virtually non existent. We had to chase down drinks, waited very long times to get them and were left with empty glasses and plates until we asked for them to be removed. This area needs work.

The rooms, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

It's a resort but there's no much to do besides being in the pools. There are not even water sports equipment and we had to pay extra to use an inflatable toy in the pool.

Worst hotel ever, so bad I checked out losing my money.

beautiful grounds and rooms.

Terrible food both in the poolside bar and the restaurant for lunch and room service. Staff were terrible, I extended my room by one night, they did not tell me I had to move, stopped my keycard working, my room was as far away from reception as possible. Then gave me 5 mins to move, during this 5 mins, they constantly rang and knocked on the door, making it impossible to pack. Even though I had paid for the room, I checked out and left Da Nang moving back to Hoi An. I was treated so badly I no longer wanted to stay there.
