Amazing service, gluten free and lactose free options on request.
I would definitely come back here if visiting Marsa Alam again.

Very good personal on reception, thanks to Mohammed Sayed for fast accommodations and late check out.

Spiaggia stupenda
Difficile trovare lati negativi

Struttura pulitissima, molto confortevole e curata.

Nulla.

The staff deserves 12/10 points - extremenly kind and will go far and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our room had older, very hard matresses, they exchanged them and gave us toppers, brought us new hair drier (the one in the room was super old one, not working), all within an hour of conplaining, and they continuously sought feedback about our stay and if there is anything else we need. House reef is fantastic - colorful, plenty of fish, corals, even turtles and an occasional manta ray, fantastiv for snorkling. Plenty of sundeck chairs at the beach, so you always have a spot.
Hotel lookes aged and definitely needs a renovation (tiles in bathroom look old, balcony fence pain is peeling off ...), to earn those 5*.
Food is average at best - meat overdone and dry, fish dry and not seasoned (also in the beach seafood restaurant), house wine is terrible and different wine is only per bottle, dessert buffet is huge, but sweets have no flavor at all (exception their traditional ones with coconut, but also not all of them) ...so food was out biggest let down.
Wifi ... is and is not, connection comes and goes, also the speed is ... not what ones needs in 2024 (I had to work from there for a few days, Teams calls would freeze at times, but was manegeable).
As mentioned above, hard matresses (new one was better, but still not a comfy bed one wants on vacation).

We did several hotels in Egypt and even though this hotel is ranked 4 stars I can assure you that it is way better than all 5 stars we stayed in.
Great diversity of food, with several options both international and local.
We were upgraded and had an amazing room with sea view.
Nice yoga and stretching sessions on the beach.
The beach is amazing with beautiful corals and some turtles just in front of the hotel (no need to rent a boat to go far to see beautiful fishes).
Nice separation between calm areas and more dynamic ones.
Wifi was working extremely well everywhere, including the beach
If I should really say something, :
- We forgot our sun protector and we wanted to buy one in the shop of the Hilton (on the beach) but the quality was very poor. Considering the standard of the Hilton they could suggest better brands and organic ones, which are also better for the corals.
- We booked through Booking, and despite being all inclusive, the alcohol was not included.
- The water of the shower was OK hot.

Beautiful resort with very nice rooms and very friendly staff. Excellent house reef.
The mail restaurant is very big and crowded. We would have preferred a smaller restaurant or smaller sections.

Excellent people in the hotel including the big bosses (managers). Hilton is a guarantee of luxury, good food, but I was most pleased that the great people work at the hotel. I believe the owners also take good care of them and are well paid for their good service. Thank you and I will come back in December this year.
I don't understand that I got a better price through your booking system than directly at the hotel for the next night. How is that possible?

The room size was good and the staff was so helpful
The animation team are not qualified.
The pool bar was too crowd
We always can’t find an umbrella and if we reserve one the worker take it after 45 mins if we are not there.
The rooms’s air conditioner turns off two times a day
The pool was not clean
The sea is too far
Low quality of the food
They reduced the number of the staff
Geckos are everywhere and i found one in my room

The staff was trying their best to satisfy us but their quantity are not enough.
Everything was so perfect but two years ago.
-Pool bar is so crowd i ordered my drink after 15 mins of waiting because there is only two waiters serving about 50 persons
-There is no ball for water volleyball
-There is only one ball for all the hotel
-We have to walk for 15 mins and swim another 15 mins for snorkeling
-There is no free umbrellas at the pool after 8 AM
-The animation team are not welcoming the Egyptians, they have no schedule time, they are only playing and laughing with foreigners and they are so rude specially Santa and Bodda they are not working they are just having fun with the girls
-The insects are everywhere
-Low quality food and no variety
-The staff at the restaurant are hiding some food which is very weird!

Plenty of food options, right by the best reef in Marsa Alam.
The entertainment was hit and miss some nights but the staff were brilliant about it.

the beach is one of the nicest beaches i have ever been on in the red sea.
Sandy and loads of coral reefs to see on the side!

Great location for scuba diving at Abu Dabbab bay and the surrounding reefs
4.5
we’re not usually keen on all inclusive resorts, but the food here at the main restaurant was very good with a broad selection and 3 other
restaurants you could eat at for a night each.
the staff were great and friendly (though it pays to tip them early on to get better service).
the reef on the beach is very nice for snorklers and there are some great diving spots close by.
there are 4 pools
the rooms a in low rise Villa style and very nicely decorated. there are fans as well as aircon. we never heard our neighbours and apart from feeding times, it was very peaceful. there is more happening at the main pool but we never hung out there.
there is a „spa“that offers massages and the price is negotiable.
I was also harassed for a haircut which I didn’t want, but when the price fell to $10 I caved in.
the room wasn’t ready when we arrived and then when it was ready there was a bed missing. we got a suite so we could fit the kids in the lounge area, but there was so much other furniture which they said couldn’t be moved that we ended up having to get a second room which was not cheap.
the shower door couldn’t open properly and the shower knob was broken. neither were fixed when we asked. This was like deja vue, having had the same experience at Mövenpick, another upmarket Egyptian resort in Aswan.

Excellent position on the Abu Dabbad Bay, once home to the dugongo, now rarer to see, but it still is one of the most visited bay on the coast. The snorkeling is amazing with his coral reef (very alive and colorful) and thousands of fishes, as it is the fine sand beach. In the inner bay, a bit away from the coral reef, you can always find sea turtles grazing in the sea grass. If you dive, there is the Blu Ocean Diving Center just on the side, organized and efficient. Prices are not too high, I paid 45€ for a very simple dive in the Bay, including equipment (obviously, the more dives you buy, the better the price). Of course, there are cheaper diving center (SeaWorld is a very good one, 20/25 min from the Hilton) but this is for sure the nearest and convenient to reach.
The staff is great, almost everyone was so available to make your stay more comfortable. Food was good, not excellent, and sometimes seemed not freshly made. Good variety, especially for desserts.
The whole location is very neat, the green is amazing, lots of palms, trees, flowers, grass almost British. Pools are beautiful. Rooms are nice, not very modern but not old either. Cleaning was good, not always impeccable.
The structure offers many services: among them, massages are not worth of the cost. If you want to have massages, always require experience people.
Gym is quite ridiculous: I have stayed in many Hiltons, especially on business, and this is the worst Hilton's gym I've ever seen. Of course, it isn't the main attraction, but it is important to some people and it would really take a little effort to make it better.
Pay attention to the ATM, they have 3 in the structure and none is trustworthy: you risk both that they steal your money and keep your cards. Both cases the hotel can't do anything about it and you're sc**ed because Hilton doesn't take responsibility for the situation, meanwhile, apparently doing not enough to solve the situation (they told me it was already happened several times). If you're lucky, my case, the ATM just keeps the money you were trying to withdraw, otherwise you're forced to block the card. In my case I'll have to contact my bank to make a claim to have the money back. I definitely didn't like the way the handled the whole situation, also considering the amount of time I wasted to have answers.

Excellent resort, highly recommend! The location is great, close to beautiful coral reef where you can see plenty of colourful fish and turtles.
Stuff is friendly, kind, hardworking, nobody hustles you for money. Special thanks to waiter Ahmed who was funny and attentive and our room keeper for creating lovely bed decorations.
The room was spacious with lots of storage and beautiful view of the sea and gardens. We stayed at 1324, also close to catch the train that takes you to the beach and few minutes walk to the main building or to the swimming pool that offers entertainment during the day.
The food was tasty and enough choice, for dinner they were changing the theme from Italian to oriental, sea food etc it was very nice. For lunch you can eat by the pool or on the beach which is also convenient.
The gardens are constantly maintained and they look absolutely beautiful.
The reception stuff was also very nice and friendly, allowed us to check in earlier and organised packed breakfast on checking out.

The snorkeling off the beach was fabulous. The views and sunsets were lovely. The staff was terrific and our room was comfortable, clean and pretty.
There was tons of food but after a day or two, it tasted the same. I could have looked into an alternative to the all inclusive package. I would return to this hotel for the room and the snorkeling

Every thing but specially 3 things :
1- females in restaurants
2- high quality of foods drinks and stuffs
3 - souq beside the reception and variety of shops with 3 ATM MACHINE
Kids area and kids activities

The restaurant and kitchen staff made this holiday truly memorable. They couldn't have been more warm and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with Moustafa making us the cutest decorations on our beds - the kids loved it! The poolside staff were excellent and very accommodating. The animation team was friendly but not pushy.
The dining experience was very disappointing: it feels like a boarding school canteen with high ceilings that create a lot of noise and people pushing and elbowing for food. It is not the experience you would expect at a Hilton. The check-in was brusque.
4.0
The beach is amazing, very calm and quiet. The lobby is beautiful, and rooms are spacious. I enjoyed walking inside the hotel as there are many routes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Many swimming pools each cater to different crowd and some with swim up bar.
There are two bars that open at night and all by the lobby, depending on where your room it can be far. The food is ok and can be improved.
