Overall, we had a very nice stay. I feel like there could be better communication about the location (it’s a bit hidden)

Centrally located, unique location, very large room, quiet, nice breakfast

Multiple entry points for key card, breakfast was offered later than initially communicated, asked to pay make some cash payment (not previously communicated).

we will come back. that’s my test. if I want to return, it was perfect.

well appointed, well decorated rooms with a luxurious feel. lovely breakfast, fresh, everything warm, (nothing in wrapped plastic — a plus for italy as too often this is standard practice). completely charming and just right on all levels.

Impeccable location

Residenza Borsari is in an excellent location, close to all attractions and restaurants. The staff are super friendly and willing to go the extra mile. we left early one morning and Michela was more than happy to drop a few breakfast items to our room the night prior

beautiful property and helpful staff in the heart of Verona

We very much enjoyed our short stay and hope to come back soon. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and have so much character. We loved the decoration! The breakfast was amazing, and Michela made amazing cappuccinos! Michela was very sweet and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was stellar, walking distance to everything in Verona and right in the center of the city, but the hotel was very quiet and peaceful.

Absolutely perfect and central location, 5 star rooms, kind host.

Loved my stay so much. It felt like it was a 5 star room (actually, suite) at a 5 star hotel. Blown away by the beautiful room, bathroom, the hosts kindness & help and the location. It’s my favourite street in Verona. Highly highly recommend!!

We were so blown away by the location of this beautiful boutique hotel

We had a fabulous stay at the residence Borsari , the rooms were Devine, we loved being able to breathe in the culture being right in the thick of the action, Michela the host was supportive when we needed help arranging some extra things , and once we were on site she made sure we felt at home, she is an absolute credit to this hotel, we will be back next year x

We will stay there again - it is expensive but you are paying for amazing location

Excellent breakfast and everything available if you asked . Could have had more fruit variety . Very comfy room and the balcony we used for tea twice and watched the people go by . Easy access to taxi train etc

Noisy with windows open even at 2.00 am . People noise not traffic noise

Staying central usually means a bit of noise….but usually not at 3am!

Fantastic location ! Nicely decorated room. Lovely little balcony.

Could not sleep. Uncomfortable bed and cheap bedding. noisy at around 3 to 4 am….loud youngsters screaming or playing music in the streets. On both night of our stay. For the price we expected a bit more soundproofing and better quality bed.

if your primary goal to stay in the center near pedestrian area that’s would be perfect, but if you need elevator better

excellent location my room faced the back it was very quiet comfortable mattress

musty smell in the building and in my room, few rooms need the access via stairs no elevator which is manageable but my room didn’t have the teapot, you need to go 2 flights of stairs down and use a teapot in the little hallway but if your room is not in this hallway you need your own teacup or paper cup to carry with you , hallways with tea and coffee stations are on the light timer the light gets turned off before you finish your tea it’s on photosensor the bed cover is very thin no extra blanket in the room no inside shades you need to open the window and move outside shutters to make your room dark the room is huge but not functional lots of useless built in closets but night stands are very tiny breakfast is very skimpy officially starts at 8 am but don’t bother coming before 8:20 the manager is nice but she can’t handle everything when all guests are eating breakfast limited food choices we stayed few days the cake was finished next day and wasn’t replaced

location was fantastic-easy walk to all sights on an elegant but relatively quiet street; very quiet lodging; we felt like we were indeed in someone’s home, not a big impersonal hotel. Tge room was very spacious.

The rooms, staff, breakfast and location were superb -- highly recommend!

Residenza Borsari was fabulous and the location was central to everything! The rooms were recently renovated, and tastefully done with quality finishes. The breakfast was wonderful and the outdoor seating was absolutely lovely to enjoy breakfast. The service was also exceptional, everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. I highly recommend Residenza Borsari to any tourist, and we are quite picky in where we stay. Bravo Residenza Borsari!!

3 Day weekend stay

Michela was a lovely helpful host. The location is very central and in walking distance of most attractions, shops and restaurants. The accomadation is well presented having a lovely Italian feel. The breakfasts catered for everyone's needs. A very pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable stay and I am sure we visit again. Thanks Michela and her staff.

the family owning the hotel was really nice and helpful. the room was really nicely decorated and the bathroom was amazing. so was the breakfast and the location. we loved it and will for sure come back and recommend it to others to stay here. fantastic experience. thanks for having us 😊

The location was amazing, the rooms big and comfy. It was like staying back in the days in the house of Capulet. The manager was the nicest we've ever encountered. Absolutely flawless!

It was all wonderful. Excellent service and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are decorated beautifully in an Italian art deco style which I loved. The location is fabulous...close to shops and great places to eat. Great breakfast with loads of choice. I would highly recommend to others and will definitely be back.
