El personal tiene pésimo trato. El baño inundado, y la recepcionista de la mañana no se disculpó siquiera no tiene la mínima actitud de atención y resolución de inconformidad del huésped.

Las Habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias.
La alberca estaba un poco sucia le hace falta limpieza y no había toldos para cubrir algo de sol, lo que es las áreas de afuera le hace falta un poco de limpieza de ahi en fuera todo bien.

Muy bueno el buffet y a un buen precio. El ambiente muy cómodo y el personal muy comedido y diligente.

Se me hizo caro la tarifa ahí en mostrador.

Cuartos descuidados, climas viejos que hacen mucho ruido, habia animalitos en el lavabo.

El olor de los baños,no hay mucha luz,las lámparas descompuestas,nos faltaron toallas,y el lavabo está muy incómodo para lavarse los dientes,nos cerraron antes de cumplir la hora de salida.

Se come rico en el restaurante y su atención es de primera. Las almohadas muy bien.
Falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones, como la alfombra. Falta vigilancia en el estacionamiento.

Cama muy comfortable, cuarto silencioso.

It needs remodelong for sure, the carpet from the hallways are old. But they worst part is that our bed had human hairs, diferent shape and sizes. Before We went out, we talked with front desk so they could change the bedding, when we returned, it still had hair.

They do not provide breakfast and I paid. They charged me for breakfast. The air conditioner is noisy

Reasonable price, clean rooms, ac and heating in room, good water pressure for showers, nice hot water as well. The beds are also comfortable.
