Bon emplacement mais pas la propreté....

L'emplacement à côté des gares du nord et de l' est :5min. Métro et RER à proximité. L'accueil et le personnel souriant.

La saleté de la chambre: nombreux cheveux dans la salle de bain, des cendres sur les tables de chevet, énormément de tas de poussières partout et le papier peint très sale.

Near to train station , but hard to have a rest

The strategic location near to the train station, the view from windows are very good .

Since is located in the center , is a place with a lot of noise from cars and people. is hard to have a good rest .

Great location if travelling by train

Considering there was no picture of the family room online and it is a 1 Star hotel we were a little wary. But the place was great. The beds were comfy and the room quite spacious. It is also super close to the Gare du Nord and we were able to leave our luggage to do a bit of sightseeing before our train left. We will definitely cone back.

A bit noisy so bring earplugs. The ceiling could do with a little paint job.

Its a value for money!

its close to Gare du Nord, the place was clean and staff are friendly. They do clean and change sheets everyday and provide clean towels. Its old but we sleep safe and sound.

There were few beggars outside the property but we feel safe.

Reception was open when we arrived at 11pm and the guy on reception was helpful

I chose the hotel because of the location as we had an early Eurostar the next morning. The hallway and stairs were incredibly dirty. A hoover would make a bit difference! That wasn't a good start. The room was ok but the bathroom had mould in it. It was the kind of place I didn't want to look too closely. The biggest problem was the noise. The traffic noise was incredible, I hardly slept - the windows although shut didn't provide any insulation against the noise.

when arrive pur room was not available so we end up a different room but the room are dirty, it has spiders on the bed and doors are broken. we're worried that someone might come in our room so we end up booking on a another hotel.

The Hotel is a good place to stay for couples or backpack travellers. The staff is very friendly.

The location is very accessible to public transport and commodities such as the pharmacy, good restaurants, shops.

Superb

We stayed for one night and loved having a family room near Gare du Nord. The room was quite modern with lots of outlets for charging devices. I thought it was really good value for the large room we booked. It made our trip so much easier!

It was difficult to air out the place between the heat and the noise, but the weather and location are out of everyone's control!

Overall I would recommend this hotel if you don’t expect any luxuries but a basic, clean rooms and good location hotel.

Good value for money. Excellent location just 5 minutes from Gare du Nord station and surrounded by a wide variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Gentle and English speaking receptionist on arrival. Hot and very powerful shower with a touch of modern class. Clean sheets and towels available everyday. USB sockets close to the bed for charging devices.

Don’t expect any luxuries and the common areas are desperately crying for a refurbishment.

Dirty and poor conditioned place, but cheap price.

Low price for Paris. We were able to leave our luggage there after the check-out to keep visiting the city.

The place is dirty, towels were not clean and everything is broken/looks like it's broken.

Location, the room was cleaned up every day and well as new towels, toilet paper were given, hospitable Hotel staff

The Hotel wanted to take money from the provided card without informing me & it was preliminary written in accomdation descr that the overall payment will be performed in cash, stinky inside the Hotel, provide only 2 towels for everything (no hand towels), dirty blankets above the bed, tiny room (not clear from photos at all), a window doesn't abut properly, sometimes it feels, dirty radiator, occasionally bugs appear:( the Hotel staff speak English not good

The worst behaved receptionist and the poorest facilities,no extra blanket,pillow,

Location was good.

Staff, the receptionist was too very vary bad behaved. I have been traveling a lot. I had never never seen such bad behaviour just because we asked for one more blanket and pillow and hot water!! These are the simplest things at a hotel!! And there is only one just one person in the whole building (except the guests)who is the receptionist, nobody else. Oh my God, he shouted at me and pushed the chair to me, unbelievable really unbelievable. The worst ever experience. The bathroom was really really cold as the window did not close properly it was broken. And there was no hot water at night and the excuse was that all the rooms are full so there is no hot water.
