A hotel felszereltsége számomra teljesen jó volt, tökéletes tisztaság mindenhol. A szobából gyönyörű a kilátás a tóra.
Minden tetszett. Nem találtam hibát semmiben.

The location was great. There was a really nice view and the bus stop was across the street.

Great location with a very spectacular view of Mount Niesen. The breakfast was good and had enough choice
The hotel is situated in front of a church. The bells ringing is absolutely not pleasant specially when you really want to sleep.

Lovely place, view of mountains is great. It's comfortable. Polite and accommodating staff.
No power sockets near bed or USB charging ports. No kettle provided. Toilet paper was not refilled. Limited options in breakfast.

Really nice location.
When we made the booking it was not mentioned that the room was in the loft and there was access only by stairs from the lower floor.
The shutters of the bedroom’s windows didn’t work. The thin curtains didn’t provide enough protection from the sun light. The bedroom was extremely small ( the bed was barely fitted). When we made our complains to the manager , instead of trying to please us, he answered that we could move to another hotel if we didn’t like the room.
The last day of our stay they moved us to a better room. He said that he would think of making a reduction to the price, something that eventually didn’t happen.

We loved everything about the place; the rooms are tastefully decorated, pods nespresso coffee machine, huge balconies overlooking the lake, good breakfast with a spectacular view, lovely restaurant within hotel and super nice staff, loved it!
3.5
The family room was very spacious, big bathroom and nice separate bedroom for children with a game in the room
The dust was clearly not wiped on the kitchen hood and kitchen cupboards were not wiped.

The room was overall awesome. The view to the mountains was gorgeous and the breakfast was the one of the best during the trip.
The cost was very high. And the toilets were not accessible for wheelchair users. As a one time experience it was good, but I won't be coming back, since the price/value ratio in my opinion wasn't worth it.
3.5
good breakfast, nice view from the rooms, but unfortunately not as I expected
double rooms with balcony have only side views over the lake, not as mentionned in the room description and it was a bit small compared to double rooms in swiss hotels.
small double rooms was too small.
We arrived around 8 pm, no body was at the reception. They left the keys outside for us. When we saw the lake side view only, I called and somebody replied telling me you got what you deserve because you booked through booking.com not directly with us. She was so rude and agressive over the phone. On the check-out, the lady told me nicely that all double rooms have sideviews, but the suits have full view over the lake.
At the reception, we rarely see somebody working there, it was always empty, very strange for a 4 star hotel. One evening, we needed hot water because my friend was a bit sick and needed a hot tea.. but we couldn't find a person to help us.

Restaurant fine, average price.
Despite the hotel looks fine, the four-star-rating is due to the fact that I had an allergic reaction to mites. I travel pretty often, and I stay in nicer places as well as less nice places. Never experienced this issue. By stepping into the room, I could feel the carpet was filthy, yet I could not imagine being rushed to the hospital unable to breathe. After having checked-out that morning, we informed the girl at the reception, Who I believe did not get how serious this issue is/may become and the “I’ll tell the maid” does not look like an answer from someone Who takes hygiene seriously. I now know I’m allergic to mites and I thank God that I only slightly am.
