Номера просторные, очень чисто, сервис на уровне европейского в сочетании с ощущением семейного маленького отеля. Понравилось всё. Один раз пришли поздно на завтрак и каша закончилась: у нас спросили всё ли хорошо, всего ли хватает. Мы спросили не осталось ли каши для детей. Нет, не осталось - но нам приготовили, было очень приятно, спасибо. Лежаки и зонты выставляют для отдыхающих на пляже, вход хороший.

The Managerin and the Stuff are very friendly and helpful. The furniture in the Lobby and at the reception looked well-groomed.

Really good

Clean, quiet and comfortable room with great(!) martess, pillows and a large spacious closet. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious brekfasts. Nice courtyard with a pool, sun loungers and umbrellas.

There are no extra electrical outlets (sockets). I found a couple of them hidden behind bedsite tables. Slow and sometimes unstable Wi-Fi. Water from the AC flows right on the floor of the balcony. So you're always have a puddle out there.

Clean, elegant, and well managed property. The mattresses were comfortable and careful thought was put into the decor and presentation of the hotel. Good breakfast and extremely thoughtful and kind staff, especially the owner/manager, Keti.

The iron beds squeaked—they just need to be replaced with wooden ones, and the nightstand light cord did not reach to the outlet; a very easy fix—just needs an extension cord.

The hotel is good. Reminds of upscale sanatoriums of Soviet times. Rooms are clean and the staff is doing their best.

We had a biggest room on a top floor.

Location is too far from anything.

A budget hotel for light travelers and beach goers

The room was clean and tidy, balcony was spacious, toilet and shower were good and the location (nearby the beach) was a plus.

The hotel is 2 stories but had no elevators. The photos on Booking.com we’re deceiving and don’t reflect reality. We had to wait for 10 minutes for receptionist to wake up and attend to us. Receptionist told us room was paid for by Booking.com but turned out they didn’t and we had to exchange mails and messages to resolve the issue.

One of the best places to stay in Kabuleti

we stayed in a family suite with the sea view. The apartment was in a good and clean condition. Sleeping there was really great, the beds were comfortable, the sound of the sea calmed down, and it was amazingly silent there. A tall fridge in the kitchen allowed to cook down even a large watermelon and any other food you might want to cook or eat. The stovetop on the other hand was a bit outdated but still good enough for a holiday home. The terrace was extraordinary spacious, one could even exercise there if wanted to.

Breakfasts could’ve been more diverse and of a bit higher quality.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and the beach was lovely! Our room was sparkling clean. Nice breakfast choices.

It’s needing an update (furniture lookin old). The beds were quite hard.

It very was very cozy and pleasant stay

The staff is wonderful. The cleaning service is perfect. The best value for money I have ever seen.

All perfect. A little bit far from center if you wish walk.

Exceptional

We have stayed in the family suite with sea view. It looks much better than on pictures, as it was reconstructed last year and the photos were not updated yet. It is really large and very clean. But the terrace was something, what has really amazed us. It is about as large as the suite itself. The managers really care and are doing everything to make their guests feel like at home. Just an example: the air conditioner broke down one day. It was replaced by a brand new one the same day. The hotel is really worth the money.
