Very nice hotel with excellent lobby and bar atmosphere.
Good facilities and comfortable rooms
Crowded swimming pools were full with no available sun-beds because people are placing towels there for the whole day.
Hotel is understaffed, with the kiosks and bars having long queues waiting to get a glass of water, or food etc and behind the bars usually there is one guy serving for the whole day.

Hotel location in Kiotari, Rhodes. Very nice hotel with two salty swimming pools and one swimming pool with chlorinated water near hotel lobby and main entrance.
Very professional and friendly two persons at the reception desk: Man at the reception and Lady from Mitsis Friends Club at the reception. I do recommend both staff members. Very good check-in experience thanks to aformentioned Mr at the reception and also, thanks to Mrs from Mitsis Club reestablished nice experience and saved our last day of our stay on Jul 15th (departure day), despite of last day unexpected late check-out service cancelation (see below).
Also nice and friendly staff in hotel restaurant. Friendly maid staff, too.
I do recommended all hotel restaurants with very nice, professional and very friendly staff. Five restaurants: main one and additional four: Greek, Italian, Asian and Mexican cuisine.
Safe bridge connection over busy road to hotel beach, and also available hotel shuttle to the beach.
Walk way from hotel to sea side is thro Mistis Maris hotel, so it is very safe for children since both hotels are connected and under security guidance.
Very professional and friendly Ladies from Kids Club, especially one form Greece and two from Poland I do recommend.
ONE SITUATION with canceled late check-out service on a day of departure, done by rude and unprofessional receptionist, together with her suggestion for family of four people to move to shower room only for 30 minutes before departure from hotel.
ONE SITUATION at the bar of the main pool (chlorinated pool), near the hotel lobby and main entrance of the hotel, the bartender served drinks in dirty, uncleaned glasses at night. I hope it was a mistake due to the long day and darkness, but it was an unpleasant experience.
Apart from these two above cases, during our two-week stay, everything in the hotel was perfect.

Beautiful, close the beach & nice variety of cuisine.
The staff were lovely but the rooms weren’t cleaned well. We were provided with toiletries or new towels.
1.5
the style of furniture and spacious bars
the general staff and reception were very rude and unprofessional
I had a pair of trained and a jumper go missing from our room and were told “not their problem”
the room descriptions were very missleading and the property was situated on a very steep hill with limited access that was not made clear

Spacious room with balcony overlooking pool and seaview. Modern bathroom, excellent shower pressure. Very comfortable bed
Everything was wonderful

clean, pretty, the staff worked hard but were often under briefed/ill informed
up hill, bad coms around entertainment/activities, low on staff full services often wernt offered wasnt doing itself justice as a resort, didnt feel 5 star
3.5
all the facilities, room cleanliness, views
staff attitude.. I guess the resort was highly understaffed ahead of the season. Good not served on time, missed orders etc which eventually forced us to speak directly to the GM who apologised profusely but had very limited remit to reverse our experience
4.5
Very big and well build
Our room was not so clean, first receptionist wasn't kind at all! Said we should order via the web and that there are no rooms for the next day. We ordered for 1 night and then the other receptionist asked if we would like to stay longer.. Other staff where kind and helpful!!
4.5
The rooms were refurbished. Clean and comfortable
Some of the restaurants were too busy to accommodate us. it would of helped to tell us in advance that we needed to book
2.5
modern renovated rooms. comfortable bed. great balcony
too many people, staff and services and facilities couldn’t cope. queues for everything. blow ups I. reception in a 5 star hotel…really?’
2.5
Hotel accommodated for my requests which I’m thankful for
Rude staff have to wait ages for everything having to be up before 6.10 to get sun beds as by 6.30 they were all gone

Location was good and the room was a good size, very clean. Facilities were good especially for families.
Throughout the stay there was poor communication and multiple issues with bookings and special requests. Didn't necessarily feel like a 5 star hotel experience. Facilities not really quite as expected for young couples. No chance at getting a sunbed by the pool! No options to select a nice bottle of wine or premium spirit for surcharge, evening entertainment aimed at kids, evens the adults show. Whilst most of the food was decent, some of the a la carte options werent good. Avoid the Tex Mex!
3.5
the layout of our superior sea room was perfect. the staff were lovely. the different types of food in the restaurants. the creperie
no mirror in the bedroom, no working tv, no working hairdryer, 75% of plug sockets didn’t work. I asked for music on in the bar at around every evening and was told it’s again the law to play music even though there was music on during the day. we had a really bad burger restaurant experience

A la carte restaurants were delicious
Gym too small and no aircon

The hotel is very nice. The staff was very helpfull and they made our stay very pleasant. The a'la cart restaurants are very good, but must be booked in time.
It is not only a problem in this hotel but also in Rhodes in general that the pools are very cold. The food was also good, but the late night bufet was not really a bufet.

food was excellent

Poor service. Cold food (very cold). Breakfast was heavily reliant on eggs! Long queues for bar and buffet. Services not as advertised on website from restaurant and bar times to mini bar and leaving gifts. Very little nightly entertainment. Pool closed earlier than advertised. Restaurants closed earlier than advertised. Restaurants ran out of some items each day. Uncooked food when restaurants busy unable to cope when raining. Unable to book restaurants other than buffet. Some rooms old and very dated. No hot water for showers. Smell of sewage system very strong in some rooms. We had six rooms as staying for a family occasion. Unable to book or sit in restaurants with over 4 people due to capacity. (Not covid related) Mini bar in some rooms not topped up once over a one week stay. Lots of steps. May not suit older family members. Despite the hotel being full, "end of season" was the reason given for poor service. Dont go in October!
3.5
The Pools were clean, some staff were friendly.
Bus stop right outside easy to visit Lindos.
Beach and pizza place great.
Booking system for the restaurants. Always fully booked. Allowing people to put towels out on sun beds.
Buffet the food was quite bland.

I liked the mexican and greek restaurant, the food was very good and the staff very friendly and helpfull. Also at the main bar was one bartender who made good cocktails,i liked also the crěpe and gelatiry restaurant,i liked the outside bar with olives, and also the pools,at the buffet reastaurant the food was good.
Every morning at 07.00 the housekeeping talking to loud, was noisy and we can't sleep,at the Souvlaki restaurant the waitresses were horrible,i wait for food 2h at the lunch, and always they made mistakes and didn't bring what i order, the hotel was very busy and the people jump the queue, and drinks was horrible, the sparkling water didn't have gas,the soft drinks taste bad,and they didn't have at the bars still water just tap water and doesn't taste good, and after 12.00 am always at the bars the ice was finish and outside was very hot.

I was travelling with my mother and the hotel exceeded any expectations! Very tasty food, awesome staff (I must confess that we felt a bit babysat just because they put so much into customer service), very clean room and comfortable beds (thanks to our cleaning lady Bona and to lovely reception lady who upgraded us). All the safety measures taken into account. I was a bit worried about how buffet will be managed (in previous hotels it was cancelled due to restrictions) but in this hotel a beautiful lady was welcoming and giving you masks and single use gloves to ensure the safety. The beach was close, clean and with very friendly staff. Words cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our time there, especially when we booked this hotel just 2 days before arrival. We were lucky to find a place as it got a bit crowded in the end of our stay. But hey, it is totally understandable and worth it.
A bit thank you to everybody! Only warm memories associated with this hotel!

We enjoyed this resort a lot. We were two families travelling with 2 children. Hotel is really clean, staff very friendly, food plenty of choice and nice, pools clean, everything was very nice and have nothing bad to comment.
