Best home away home I’ve ever stayed at ..

Great location and most off the rooms were full yet I could not here a thing, almost like I was the only room. Staff were amazing. Definitely stay again

List of towels for the hot tub and the lay out of the room was very cosy

Absolutely loved staying here. Room was nice and clean the hot tub was perfect being right outside of the bedroom

Amazing!! I love this accommodation

Everything was amazing!! Sometimes the lighting in the kitchen wouldn't work, it didn't stop me using the kitchen it was more annoying. Is there a possibility for a main light switch to moved closer to the rooms rather than by the front door.

The bed was very hard and wasn't comfortable. I reverted to sleeping on top of the bed and I bought a warmer blanket from K Mart.

Roadworks meant a normslly easy walk to the supermarket, was difficult due to having to walk around the barriers.

Modern and clean. Spa bath was awesome and shower just huge. Bed incredibly comfortable and unit smelled amazing.. Warm and cozy.

The Best Accommodation

Bentleys is by far the best accommodation in Palmerston North.

The only small thing and it's not the owners fault at Bentleys but carparks need to have numbers on them so each room can identify their park please.

At check in, the service from the lovely lady was great. She was very thoughtful about my mother & changed our room to one with a walk-in shower. So appreciated & we can't thank her enough.

Air conditioning the rooms were very hot so sleeping was difficult. Cutlery and plates would be good so people can eat in their rooms.

Friendly reception, easy parking , clean rooms of a good size

was exactly as described, simple , clean rooms with the essential items for a comfortable stay

only that the shower head was one that wanted to face the wall no matter what I did !

Guests in room 02 had fights for the entire evening, and shouting noise lasted until midnight on the 27th Dec
