3 roms leilighet

Flott beliggenhet iforhold til Stranda og restauranter. Flott det var 3 toaletter når det var 3 soverom. Aircondition på alle rom. Egen vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin og Micro. Vannkoker og brødrister.

Veldig enkel stue, dårlig soffa og slitt spisebord. Litt trangt kjøkken. Litt dårlig lydisolerte vinduer. Mye støy fra gata på kveld og tidlig morgen. Ved utebassenget kunne det vært noe mer å sitte på.

Buena ubicación, fácil acceso y muy bien comunicado pero hace falta una reforma adecuada

Ubicación ideal para acceder y también para llegar a la playa, la piscina está muy buena. Me encanta la ubicación privilegiada

La habitación y camas antiguas. Habían piezas rotas en el baño y un mueble de madera del baño y sucio. El sofá cama, un poco incómodo.

Je connais très bien l'établissement pou y avoir séjourné plusieurs fois.

La plaque de gaz, très ancienne, n'avait que le petit feu sur les quatre qui fonctionnait. Baignoire légèrement obstruée.

Für unsere Zwecke war die Wohnung super. Genug Platz, nah zum Strand, leckere Eisdiele vor der Tür

Riesiger Balkon der genug Platz bot und dazu einlud alle Mahlzeiten draußen zu sich zu nehmen

Wohnung ist ein bisschen abgenutzt. Küche sehr klein

Our holiday was ok, but it could have been more comfortable

Very spacious. Two very large verandas. Close to the beach, eateries, supermarket and tram

Beds were not made up on our late arrival. Just a pile of bed linen. A small welcome pack would have been welcome. We were a large group, travelling with a baby and small children. Due to our late arrival I asked if there could be bottled water, semi-skimmed milk and bread available. It seems this was not an option. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. Several large ones appeared in the evening. The apartment was not thoroughly clean. Corners, skirting boards and under furniture had not been dealt with.

Amazing holiday

Amazing apartment, spotlessly clean and tidy. We were in two bedroom apt. One king size bed en suite bedroom, one double bedroom plus one bathroom (2 toilets), kitchen and dining area together, big balcony area with 2 tables and chairs. Matresses were new and so comfy. Big kitchen with glass table and 6 chairs. Gas hob, oven, microwave, dish washer, kettle, coffee machine. All plates, utensils, pots and pans you might need. Washing machine as well. We have found one umbrella in our balcony, so we bought another one and one sun lounger to have it on the beach and pool, no need to rent. If you're staying in room 132, you're welcome to use it as we have left it in balcony for whoever will need it.

Pull out sofa bed in living room is quite uncomfy. Pool doesn't have any sun loungers and umbrellas, but you can buy in local market.

A pleasant few days in a lovely situation

The property was ideally situated for beach bus and tram transport and supermarkets the property was immaculately clean and the usage of lifts well thought out

The kitchen was tiny and difficult to use because of lack of space

Budget accommodation but price needs to be lower or fixtures and fittings improved.

location is good very close to the beach and restaurants, tram and bus. Staff are friendly and helpful

checkin was not obvious, office was next to main door but was under a different name and no mention that it was reception. while it is budget priced it is very tired and needs a refurb.

Okay for the Price

Easy parking and great view from the 12th floor. Room123. Quiet neighborhood.

A bit shabby inside with uncomfortable beds, but for the price, it was okay. Staff was accommodating and provided an upgrade at an additional cost. Not soundproofed.

Location was good, close to public transport, shops, beachfront with bars good for breakfast and tapas. Quiet this time of year, January, some places closed to be expected.

The appartment was small and dated, noise was an issue at times, if it's a vase you want it's good value for money.

Verry nice small place to stay...clean even its little bit vintage...but is allright...old fashion furniture....small boiler and tiny thub..is allright for shower...central heating was fine..nice fridge and kitchen area

We had some stupid people in the next door rooms and they been little bit to noisy...other than that i had verry nice time in there

Simply ok, but if i was with my partner, it would not have been acceptable.

The location was fine, however no breakfast.

Initially there was a humming noise comlng from the heating pipes, whicn did seem to get quieter, but there had clearly been work done on the pipes and i feel it should of been properly decorated before allowing someone t stay in fhe apartment, it was tatty.

Very good

The apartment was perfect for me alone; would have been for a couple, too. Nice kitchen, good bed and pillows, nice balcony. The garden and pool area are truly beautiful.

There would be good to have some instructions or rules in English.

great price, great location

Nice place, Very nice staff and helfull. Excellent Location loads of places to eat, shop etc nearby. Nicest beach in Alicante I think also. Wifi was excellent, bed comfortable. Kitchenette well equiped, could do with a sharper knife however. Parking was brilliant and secure. Excellent aircon also

Only problem was we stayed 10 days and were never offered clean sheets, towels or anything the whole 10 day stay. I like to change everything at least once per week. IF they offered fresh linnen weekly it'd be a 10!

Exceptional

The hotel is really quite a short walk from the beach. At the same time, there are several restaurants nearby. I would also like to commend the ladies at the reception very highly. They were always very helpful and spoke excellent English.

i like the fact that it is close to the beach, shops. love that it has a kitchen, balcony, TV, Wifi, etc

I think the Sofas,& bed needs upgrading also the small bath tub can be change to standing shower in terms of spaces maybe the toilet not so close to shower.

The location is very good , the staff is very helpful and you have everything you need in the apartament.

On the floor it wasn't clean at all and the beds are very uncomfortable.

Distance to the beach. Cleanliness of the apartment. Parking.

Apartment was advertised as for 2-4 person. Two beds in the bedroom were very comfortable, but another one in saloon not so much.

Great location

Excellent location with short walks to the beach and transport links into the town centre. Plenty of local shops restaurants close by. Staff friendly and hospitable.

The room needs refurbishment. Furniture and soft furnishings are old and worn-out. Whilst very clean, the microwave and fridge were also old. Given the excellent location, the property is prime and with updating its a place I would revisist as this was my 2nd stay at the property. Also no fire safety information provided which should be essential.
