Went there twice and overall it was good

The foods great and the staff was treated my son nicely on his birthday

One of the grounds man was a bit rude…guess he was having a long day

Overall, we had a lovely and comfortable stay, and we would definitely return.

The location was excellent, and the service from the reception all the way to the dining area was exceptionally friendly. Even the other guests staying at the hotel were warm and welcoming. The compound felt very safe, with room card access required to enter the gates leading to the rooms, which were located away from the entrance. The breakfast was delightful, and the entire staff was incredibly pleasant, always greeting us with smiles, which made the stay even more comforting.

There was truly nothing I could say we didn't like about the hotel or the staff.

Overnight stay

It was easy to get to. Comfortable room. Clean & spacious. King sized bed. Ac & TV. Bathroom was clean & the toilet was sanitized. It was easy to get around the compound. The staff was courteous.

Breakfast had limited menu, the omelette I ordered was a little oily. But other than that it was good.

Horrible & will never in my life book this property or recommend anyone to stay here.

I would not recommend this property to my enemy. Unprofessional, needs proper maintenance. Its basically a motel, not a hotel.

I spoke to the staff a day before my travel expressing i would need an early check in as i arrived at 9 am & im only here for one single day. I was told due to high capacity, i would be able to check in at 1. Got to the location at 1 & was told by another staff i would have to wait until 3. Then my reservation name became as issue as they did not accept it but every other hotel has accepted it. Finally got my room to walk in to maintenance working in the room. Had to wait another 1/2 hr for them to finish. Remember i have been waiting for a room since 9 am. Paid for a balcony room & basically got a sliding door with a tile outside. No leg space, no seating. Shower shot water every direction in the bathroom, cause excess water to flood the bathroom. The experience has just been horrible & i would recommend anyone to pay the extra fee else where for the comfort.

We are long time customers. We've been exceedingly satisfied for years.

Breakfast and servers were great! Courteous, friendly and professional.We would certainly recommend.

Ok place for 1 or 2 nights

I liked the attention of the waiting staff at breakfast. They were very accommodating and polite. Also the bellman / maintenance gentleman was very helpful and had good customer service.

I did not like the rushed check in, the lack of information from the front desk, the fact that hot water takes forever, and especially the housekeepers coming to knock on your door to clean your room in the morning when youre actually due to check out the same day. That was very upsetting.

I expected better for the price paid.

Breakfast was ok. The location was satisfactory, amenities within walking distance.

Aspects of breakfast, I asked for fruits instead of a cooked breakfast one morning and was told there is no fruits.No hot water supply in the bathroom. On arrival the fridge in the room was unplugged with the door open. Two small bottles of water was given as complementary at the desk.

Passable

The breakfast was good the room was fresh clean. The bed was really a king and comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that booking charge me from 37gran to 41 gran and when I get to the hotel they charge $48,800.00 Did like that at all. So am done with booking. And the hotel.. That turn mi off

The place to stay on a trip to kingston

Friendly welcoming receptionist. Lovely large bed with 4 pillows very comfortable. Location was ifeal 5mins walk to starbucks coffee, Island grill, tastee patty shop and banks
