Raus aus dem Trubel. Entspannung pur.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr schön. Raus aus dem Trubel. Schön im Grünen gelegen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Frühstück umfangreich.

Nice location, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff.

Could do with a freshening up, paint here and there. Leak in the roof from floor above into the bar area straight onto the floor, at breakfast time. Mentioned it to staff who passed it off say it’s been like that for years!!…strange! Didn’t like the set up in my bathroom mirror behind me whilst at the sink trying to wet shave, plus the sink, silly size, no depth to it.

The village is quiet and has many thatched buildings-set in a wonderful countryside area with open fields to the front.

Very convenient for our journey, being a short way to the A303. good evening meal and good breakfast. spacious car park and a lovely village,

The breakfast was delicious and the staff very accommodating with everyone’s different preferences, the bed was incredibly comfortable and I really enjoyed the little touches (like the lovely biscuits provided each day with the tea and coffee facilities in the room)

The room was quite hot and we had to sleep with the windows open (even after turning the radiators off)

A beautiful location. Our room was fabulous with lovely furnishings. The shower was hot and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was extra but a fabulous choice and good value for money. There was a lovely atmosphere in the pub and everywhere was spotlessly clean.

I like this venue and have stayed three times and will stay again. just wish I could be confident the bar and restaurant

pleasant rooms, nice bar, food good, parking good great location.

when they are quiet like 2 of my last 3 stays, bar manager makes the call to close early for both food and drink. there are no other places in walking distance so that scuppers the stay a bit. we had to get a pizza delivered and by a bottle of wine to take to our room.

The character, separate entrance for guests from pub, ability to come back to the room late due to having a outdoor key. the guest supplies and fridge on the landing was lovely

When in the pub itself (esp in food area) overwhelming smell of toilets. Lots of little steps which weren’t always obvious against the carpet therefore easy to trip over. The shower head would only work if lowered below the tap first (due to air lock?) each time before working
