Neplacut

Am avut o experienta neplacuta la acest hotel. Din prima zi am suferit un accident in zona de SPA, mai exact la piscina. Desi accesul in zona SPA/piscina se face pe baza unei programari, piscina era super aglomerata la ora 18.00. Aglomeratia din piscina a dus la acest neplacut eveniment. Imediat dupa eveniment staff-ul de la SPA a fost dragut, au stat langa mine incercand sa imi aline durerea, au chemat SMURD si am ajuns la spital. Problema a fost ca hotelul nu a fost neaparat cel mai receptiv la ce s-a intamplat, doar anumiti angajati. Cu greu reuseau sa imi gaseasca pe cineva care sa ma duca la Spital pentru control sau pentru tratament. Per total, o experienta care mi-a schimbat total perceptia despre acest hotel. Lipsa de implicare, empatie a multor angajati/Management.

Modern reception and bar area. Great location in centre of town. Excellent evening meal with wine tasting.

Breakfast very busy and disorganised. Suite was large, but very dated, with warn, old fashioned carpet. The room lacked any character and needs updating.

Super Breakfast. Very good restaurant. Ultra central location.

We stayed in the room 508 A. It seems that it was a technical room "transformed "in a luxury room .Being wall to wall with the personal elevator the size of the room is well diminished. To small for two persons.

Fabulous !!!!

Everything was amazing. Location is good, close to restaurants and other places to be viewed as Peles castle, parks. Breakfast was great.

Ok pentru familii cu copii, nimic mai mult; Calitate sub pret

Curatenia din camere, personalul amabil si facilitatile

Faptul ca nu este zona separata pt adulti atat la spa cat si la micul dejun, a facut intreg sejurul neplacut. La micul dejun era plin de copii care alergau si urlau constant, extrem de galagiosi. In zona de spa desi era clar mentionat ca saritul in apa e interzis, se intampla constant!

Great place for affordable price. Many sightseeing spots around. Best to take room with balcony.

Amazing mountain view from the balcony. Breakfast is diverse and good quality. Comfortable room with airco. SPA quite good considering the room price.

Had to pay parking the first day, although there is an option for free parking. A small toothpaste would be a great addition in the bathroom.

Placut dar se putea si mai bine

Micul dejun variat. Eleganta restaurantului La Roq precum si servirea si preparatele.

La baie, la cada, emailul era refacut. A crapat si au sarit niste bucatele de smalt....chiar nu se putea reface cu totul baia ? trebuia re-emailata cada ? verificati camera 318. La zona de SPA, nu se stie cat merge Jacuzzi -ul. Stai si nu stii daca sa apesi pe butoane, o porni, nu o porni. Se putea pune un afis, a trebuit sa ies din apa si sa merg sa intreb la receptie...iar celalalt jacuzzi care mergea mereu, era cu apa rece, nu stiu cati l-or folosi... Iar in jacuzzi precum si in piscina, a intrat o femeie cu doi copii mici si au facut f mare deranj...

Totul, curat, mic dejun bogat și diversificat, locația superbă, hotel central, curățenie zilnică, piscină, jacuzzi și intrare la 3 saune gratis🥰❤️Cu siguranță vom reveni👍

Faptul că am fost nevoiți să așteptăm 2h la sosire până să ne facă intrarea la cazare. Deși am anunțat în prealabil că ajungem la ora 13:00 ca să fie pregătită camera, a trebuit să așteptăm în hol până la ora 15:00 pe motiv că nu aveau deloc camere libere. Și aș mai adauga aici că deși televizorul din cameră era super mare și parea foarte performant, nu prindea deloc canale HD, claritatea posturilor TV era foarte slabă...

Zona Spa , piscina cu apa destul de curată!

Apa din piscina prea rece, jacuzzi ul mereu aglomerat , aproape imposibil sa Reușești sa ajungi sa stai in el, mereu ocupat! In camera mini barul foarte scump, extrem , prețuri de 4 ori mai mari decât valoarea produselor! In baia din camera cădea suportul de sus de la aerisire si dopul de la cada era defect , nu aveai cum sa-ți umpli cada ! Având in vedere ca este un hotel de 4 stele ar fi trebuit ca administrația sa Tina evidenta zilelor de naștere a clienților si sa acorde o mica atenție ,dar nici măcar un mesaj cu ,,la mulți ani,, nu a fost trimis!

Dezamagitor, camerele neintretinute - curatenia lasa de dorit. Doar micul dejun compenseaza

Micul dejun e foarte variat...si gustos

Am schimbat 2 camere deoarece nu era curat. Nu se intretin camerele, doar se face o curatenie de suprafata si nici aia cum trebuie. Cand impart camerele nu se gandesc ca cei cu copii nu ar trebui cazati la etaje superioare, 5,6,7. La ce preturi solicita pentru cazare ar trebui sa fie foarte curat si frumos, sa fie o placere sa stai in camera. Si inca un aspect negativ- nu sunt izolate bine camerele - se auzea tot de pe hol, din camera de deasupra.

Small rooms, too crowded for what it can handle

The rooms are small, even claustrophobic those without balcony. It’s extremely crowded because of the high number of small rooms. Breakfast is a complete disaster, sometimes you can’t even find a table, very noisy with children screaming, running, etc. The variety of the food is ok, but for instance at 9:30 there are no croissants. Maybe the hotel shouldn’t be letting people to take away food for the rest of the day for the entire family. The spa would be ok, if it wasn’t crowded, even with time slots scheduled, which is not respected, and if the staff wouldn’t talk loud and laugh next to the relaxing room.

The location of the hotel was very good. The breakfast was above expectation, the beds were comfortable. It met my expectation.

The hotel's car park is a public park. I could not benefit from the discount (even though I paid at the hotel) because there was no direction for hotel customers in the parking lot. In addition, the gray of the hotel has a high staircase. Entrance with suitcase and big inconvenience for the elderly. On the way out of the hotel, we saw a very slow and small elevator to the side with no direction. It didn't fit.

Breakfast was good and the location is super

The staff was very arrogant, unapologetic, unempathetic, irresponsible and rude. Since I was allotted a room where the AC was not working. The maintenance lady was not speaking English and was adamant enough to convince that the AC was working, even it was throwing hot air at 17 degree Celsius. When I asked for a change in Room, they refused initially and then after escalation only a different room was allotted. Also, the first time, when I was allotted a different room, there was already someone in the room. It was totally embarrassing. I could a single word of apology from the hotel staff and made me stay at reception with no updates. I have to follow-up with them every time. A big shout out to Ms. Maria for her rude behavior.

Rooms need improvements, carpet in the hallway is smelly, found a clipped nail in the room, shower was leaking. At the continental breakfast, random people from the street were coming to eat.

-great breakfast, great dining area -spa had a small but functional adults only area -updated decor -helpful staff -great central location Pro tip: - make sure to ask for a room facing the front of the building or at least that you are not on the 1st floor.

Small issue really: -had a coffee and tea making station in the room but nothing to stir the drinks with
