Location was good.
The room was dirty, the shower and sink tap were covered in limescale as if they had never been cleaned. Sheets had stains and smelled odd, the floor needs to be renewed.
The walls were very thin so it was quite loud because of outside noises and neighbours. The door could not be locked, which makes absolutely no sense and all in all it just didn't seem like a secure place to stay the night, especially as a solo traveller. The door frame also looked like someone had tried to break in before.
Absolutely NOT worth the money.
Will definitely NOT visit again.

Friendly Staff, gave a children's bed for free at last notice!
Everything is a bit old and run down.

Basic accommodation for travellers.
Very noisy over the night, the walls are thin and you can hear the next room guest’s conversation, walking, using the restroom, outside walking. After very hectic day I needed a good sleep. Guess what, didn’t happen at all. Not my cup of tea, will not use it again. Can’t recommend for travelling people neither.

The self-check-in is very helpful for late check-in since there is no 24-hour reception, the room is quite okay, and the internet speed is good. The location is very close to the tramline which can be reached within a few min walk.
The Reception opening hour starts at 9 am which is a bit late if you have to grab a coffee in the morning at the bar before going out, the Mattress is not comfy at all, and cleaning the room and changing towels was not provided.

An outside person entered the accommodation in the middle of the night and was banging on all doors. We alerted staff to get security. It took at least an hour for them to arrive.

The place is clean, and the room was very spacious. The location was great for me since I was in a business trip, and it's close to the tram, bus and metro stops. Good value for money.
Unfortunately, the staff doesn't speak English. For the early checkout (7am) I had to figure out what to do by myself, because there were no instructions. The reception is not 24h as announced which makes difficult to use the improvised luggage storage.

Nice and clean room.Very polite and kind staff.
The beds quality could have been better.

Close to all means of public transportation. The lady on the phone was nice and helpful (communication with the staff after 18:00 happens by phone).
No light above the sink in the bathroom. The general light there is too weak. Bad smell from the bathroom. Humidity and water evacuation after showering is very slow and the air in the room remains heavy for hours. The check-in/out system is good for an Airbnb-style apartment, but not so great for a hotel imho. No room cleaning, no changing of towels.

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Internet worked good. Overall a decent budget option to stay in Sofia
Mostly the reception area was locked and there was no one, so I had to call them on phone any time I needed something

The hotel it was very close to Tram station and to mall Bulgaria also in about 500 meters it was the underground station.
The room it was clean enough..
The Hotel from Vitosha Boulevard it was 3-4 km 5 stops with the Tram and 1 stop with the underground..
The hotel needs renovation the mattress it wasn't very pleasant..
This hotel is not an individual building is a part of an old resident block!
They don't have elevator from the reception up to the rooms!

The cleaning ladies tried to help although none of them spoke English.
The self-checking system works well, even thought the safe box of our room had already the secret code inserted, so actually anyone could open it and pick the keys.
In the nearby there are some good cafes and some less touristic restaurants + well-supplied supermarkets for daily groceries.
First of all, we booked the deluxe double suite with spa bathtub and double bed, but upon arrival we got a room with a shower and 3 single beds.
Before booking, I had read on the hotel reviews that others had the same room change without being informed in advance and for this reason I even wrote a message to the hotel before my arrival, as a precaution, to be sure to get me the room with bathtub as this was a NECESSITY for my physical condition. They replied "ok".
The reception and welcome hall shared area are completely closed and the only way to reach the property is by phone, which can be pricy for foreign travellers who don't have a bulgarian phone card. The lady on the phone told me that although I booked the room a few days in advance online, when the people inside it before my arrival asked to add one night to their stay, the hotel accepted their request, ignoring that the room was already booked for me for that same night. So she blame it on Booking.com and said it was not the hotel's fault, although I'm sure it was, as she should have checked if the room was free that night before accepting the request of the other client. Basically she sold a room which was already sold online, so when we arrived it was not available for us and instead of asking the other clients to change room they told us that the only option we had was to sleep in a different room for the first night. They didn't even give us a refund of the price difference (the room I paid for was more expensive than the one I got!).
We were asked to go out of the room earlier the next day so that we could change the room to the right one and get the keys of it, but in the next morning the lady on the phone said that the room was once again not yet available, so we had to get the new room keys at night when we came back to the hotel after visiting the city. (She explained the self-checkin procedure to get these keys, as no-one is at the reception desk).

I arrived in the night time and was told that my upgraded room was still in use by other guest which extended their stay. The nice lady on the phone told me that i got an whole apartment instead for the 2 nights. The apartment was nice, modern and cosy and I got something like my own little flat which was a nice surprise.
The hotel is a little bit far from the city centre but there is a metro station close by
