The lovely decor made my stay enjoyable

Decor in my room was beautiful on level 2. Decor in friends room on level 1 was dull and not beachy. I liked having an apartment style even though I didn't need to use all the facilities. My sofa was super comfy. I liked the location. Liked that laundry facilities didn't cost extra to use.

Too much noise comes through the door and didn't feel private in the bedroom. Also I stayed by myself if I had anyone else in my room the bathroom was not private, fun idea but not my thing. Coffee pods were awful. Restaurant had no closing time on the menu so I assumed it would be open 24hours. I tried ordering at 9pm and it was closed. Spa bath ran out of hot water after 20cm height of water.

Soft mattresses, bed on wheels moving about, shower in the bedroom. Dated toilet with old chip board for framing/closing gaps. Expected more from a beautiful hotel location and price point. Unfortunately the rooms outdoor spa also wasn’t in work order.

Dream holiday from beginning to end.

Beautiful location right on Noosa beach. Very comfortable apartment with beautiful decor reflecting the summer vibe. There is a hot tub upstairs and a wonderful view of the beach. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would go as far to say that this is a dream destination.

Beachfront glory if you like people watching

Stayed on Xmas day and received a complimentary gourmet food box (chocolates, xmas pudding, honey, nuts) which was all local niche products. You can't get much better location on Hastings Street Noosa, total beachfront near the swim flags area so was great for people watching. If you like being at the centre of things its great because apartments sit right above shops and restaurants. Room service food from Boardwalk Bistro was good, quick and fresh esp challenging on xmas day when demand must have been heavy. Room and facilities were very nice and clean. Spa bath overlooking ocean, wonderful.

Its quite flash and the location alone is rare but I think a 5 star rating is a little bit of a stretch. I know it is a boutique hotel and there is a staff shortage atm post covid but I do expect 24 hr reception and room service in a 5 star place. That's a big part of what I am seeking when I search for 5 star.

Starting to look a bit tired. The rooms were very small, not much space for the money. On arrival, they should have given us a tour of the facilities.

The view and location were perfect, the apartment was a comfortable size.

The bed was awful - it was 2 single beds pushed together and it definitely felt very uncomfortable.
