The one of best things I found at this resort was the menu that changed daily. The food was fresh and plentiful and was reasonably priced.
The cabins were spacious and cleaned daily, I loved the isolation and private beach.
The staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating.

Excellent service by all staff. Garden was very well kept, they even swept the beach. Waiters were top. Managers helpful and welcoming. Entertainment was very good with traditional bamboo band and dancers.
The manager said the water was filtered, we found it below par. It needs boiling. They ran out of bottled water for two days which was unacceptable as there was plenty of opportunity to bring water by boat.

Excellent service, food and the coral and fish were next level. This made for a very comfortable, relaxing and great stay.
We would have been happy to have our towels changed every few days instead of being cleaned every day. Luxurious but necessary and costly to you and the environment.

We were so thrilled when we arrived. What a beautiful location. Snorkelling was great, and unlike other places the equipment was in our room ready to go. The food was delicious. It was just such a beautiful relaxing and quiet place to be.
We would have liked the provided breakfasts to include more options and be a little more generous.

Our stay, despite the shortness of it, was such a wonderful expedience. The staff were so warm and friendly. Our beach front family room was beyond perfect for our family of 3. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved being able to simply walk out of our room right onto the sand and snorkel on the reef. The water clarity is amazing! We got to see lots of reef fish. We all made use of the paddle boards and kayaks. Next time we come, we plan on taking advantage of the bikes they have on offer. The meals are delicious, generous and fresh. All in all it was the most enjoyable stay and we can't wait to book our next one, but next it will be a longer stay.
Not a negative for me, but they don't have WiFi in the rooms. It was a great reason to not to use our devices and really have downtime as a family without one of us being distracted by the internet. Can get WiFi in the reception/ dining areas if needed and also can get network reception of course.

A very dreamy resort. Our welcome onto the resort was beautiful. Resort owners sat us down explained what’s available around the resort and Upgraded our room from garden to beach view free of charge since we went in a quieter time of year. Amazing snorkelling literally 10 steps away from our room. Beautiful restaurant with a different dinner menu every night. Fun free classes available in the mornings and fun entertainment from the water Music ladies Thursday night.
Also the breakfast was so yummy and beautifully served
Wifi, even slow in the restaurant at times.
Meals at the restaurant pricey.

beautiful place, loved the surroundings, very well taken care of. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. Really nice to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Food and drinks were excellent (lots of fresh seafood and changes every day), staff super helpful and had access to bikes, kayaks and snorkel gear. Also regular ferry crossings to mainland.
It would be nice to have some veggie options on menu (although I never specifically asked for these!). We also thought some of the tours we booked through the hotel were a little expensive but liked that they are locally run.

The location was magnificent, right on the beach and some nice snorkelling. The food was delicious and a good choice of fish and meat. The filet was exceptional... my compliments to the chef there ! The restaurant /bar area was lovely and overlooked the beach. The room was nice and spacious with good facilities. Bed was very comfy and linen was spotless.
Enjoyable evening entertainment with local ladies and a band on Saturday... very enjoyable.
Was very near to the Dive Centre for diving the Coolidge... the Centre picked you up at the Jetty... very convenient.
There was no internet in the room, only in the common area. Dodgy lock on front door !

The snorkelling out the front and around the pier of the hotel was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the provided snorkels and SUPs. Staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful trying to organise something for us after heavy rain ruled a few things out.

What an amazing resort! from the moment you step off the ferry you are greeted with a warm welcome.
The food at the resort is excellent with the set menu changing daily.
This resort took care of all of our tours and activities, which i highly recommend as it makes everything stress free.
The owners have really invested a lot back into the property over the lockdown with the whole place in (including the pool ) in immaculate order.

Super nice gesture to provide us a cake and bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. The cabins are right at your almost private little beach and that itself is pretty amazing. The island is beautiful and has more to offer then ones think. Free Ferry goes 4-5 times a day. The resort provides free bikes and snorkel/goggles.
Food is, besides having awesome fresh products in Vanuatu, very mediocre pub food and quite expensive. The service at dinner leaves a lot to be desired as well. Plunge Pool and Amenities were pretty run down. Washing was expensive and came not back clean. Cleaning was also so so.

Staff where awesome and always ready to help with a friendly smile. If you asked them about the history of the property or Vanuatu culture, life etc they could tell you what you wanted to know.
Grounds kept immaculately clean including the beach which was swept every day.
All meals where more than sufficient and very well presented at a price you would expect to pay not cheap but not ridiculous.
Beach front unit a must if coming here.
Go for a bike ride.
Snorkel the house reef on both sides/around the jetty, excellent fish life.
Only WiFi in or around restaurant and no TV at all anywhere at this resort (which some might put in the "what you didn't like" box)
Old boat used as Island Shuttle boat had bad low set seating with no padding and not suitable if there was a lot of passengers or the sea was a bit choppy as there was a bit of spray coming into the boat getting passengers wet. If there is a very low tide its hard to get off for some at the BP wharf, high step up. Strange thing is they had a much bigger boat that was way more better just tied up at their wharf and never got used.
Unless you tell them you are a vegetarian you have very limited options although the staff did try to accommodate my wife as much as possible.
Washing costs are way to ridiculous and could easily cost 2000 vatu ($25 AUS) for a couple a day
