Very nice hotel in a great location.

Considering hotel rooms are notoriously small in Hong Kong, this room was quite a decent size. Our room was located up on the 37th floor so the view to the southwest was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly. The primary reasons we selected this hotel was price and its proximity to public transportation. The MTR station (Hong Kong’s subway) is directly across the road and a taxi stand is also a very short one minute walk away.

Superb location

During our four night stay, we splurged for a suite. The extra space certainly enhanced our comfort. In addition to the en-suite bedroom, there was a separate living room and another bathroom. We were on the 21st floor, not particularly high by Hong Kong standards. Outside views were nice since the curved building gave us views to the west and the southwest. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great being directly across the road from the Tin Hau MTR station (Hong Kong’s subway system) from where you can go pretty much anywhere. The taxi stand is also a very short walk away, even with luggage. The price, when compared to similar hotels, was not too exorbitant. We will likely stay here again on our next visit to Hong Kong.

Highly recommended

Convenient location, as it is just across the Tin Hau MTR station, and a station away from Causeway Bay, which houses a lot of shops and restaurants. Staff is helpful, efficient and responsive to your request. The room is clean and comfortable even though it was not that spacious.

On our second last day, our beds were not made. Other stuff in the room (such as mineral water, etc.) were replenished but beds were left untouched. Not sure if the staff forgets or in a rush but it was not too a big a deal.

The best hotel experience in Hong Kong

The staff was absolutely amazing. Front desk check in Ivan was very kind and efficient and professional. There were a few people who cut in line during the checkin and Ivan handled the situation wonderfully and assisted me in a fair and diplomatic way. Way to go Ivan. Cleaning staff Amy Ko and part time Cleaning lady wing are so hard working and kind. Wonderful to be able to chat with them and understand their passion for what they do.

Comfortable and strategically located

Location is superb. Room is big and convenient - it has all the furniture you need, which is a rare thing these days. Bathroom is simple but spacious. I especially liked the warm floor. Room is quite, no noise from neighbors at all. Room cleaning was perfect too. Definitely will stay there again.

Almost nothing. Swimming pool is small and the room door is not soundproof.

The location is great but the shower is a bit disappointing

Size of the room and the hardness of the bed

The shower is not a walk in one but inside a bath tub with shower curtains. It is not suitable for elderly folks to climb in and out of the tub.

I will come again in visiting HongKong.

Good location. Easy transportation. Near by restaurants,park and harbour walk line. Room setting very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. A nice place to stay.

After I moved to another room there was hardly any noise and i was happy and the staff were v nice.

There was no breakfast place except room service. Moreover there is no continental breakfast on the menu. But at the end they did it as a special order which I think was overcharged.

The noise above my room was unacceptable after 12am. There should be security patrol. The noise didnt stop til 4am!
