The property was in walking distance to restaurants

newly refurbished, very well appointed, excellent value for the location too

The little kitchenette was a really great addition. Location is walking distance from everything. I love the ground floor location and not the sunny side of the building. The little patio was the best, enjoying the beautiful garden and fresh air with a cup of coffee.
The room was really need and tidy, only downfall was the bed, although it's a king size which was really good, the matrass was so soft it felt you got swallowed. The sheets were too small if you turned your sleep on the bare mattress.

Good location, comfortable room.
We needed to arrive before 5.00pm to catch the front desk on a Sunday before they closed.

Property has been renovated and is a delight - super comfy beds, spacious and clean rooms, easy parking, great location and really nice touches in the rooms with the products and appliances! Staff were also very helpful and friendly!
We had a room facing the pool / garden so I assume a car park facing room wouldn't be the best but can't fault our stay and no complaints!

This was our 2nd time staying at Kiama Shores, so I guess that says everything, its central to everything, walking distance to shops, cafes etc, its lovely and clean and staff are friendly.
Minor problem, screen door to balconly could do with a bit of attention.

the room was pristine on arrival. Very new feeling, but kept well as well
Towels are a long way from the shower; no drawers in the room for small clothes (socks; undies)

Location is perfect, room also spacious
Sound proof is really bad, we could hear upstairs jumping up and down, as well as people talking in the carpark.

The location was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable.
One small detail was that it lacked a full length mirror.

The room was able to be heated or cooled. It was spotlessly clean. We were able to walk from there to all the Kiama attractions. We had a car park. The staff were smiley and nice on check-in. The water from the shower was hot and the shower was well ventilated. There was good storage space for luggage and space around the bed.
Interestingly there was a sign in the room saying that if we did not wash the dishes we would be charged $100 for the cleaning staff to do it. I used to work in hotels and (even though we always wash as we go) was quite taken aback by this so posted it on FB. The general agreement was that this is not really good practice - mostly for hygiene. If the staff do it at least we know it has been cleaned from the previous residents of the room and not just run under a cold tap. Because of the sign we washed every plate, cup and piece of cutlery before we used it. Covid is still around!

Superb location in the centre of the town. Everything accessible - restaurants, Blowhole Lookout, railway station. Parking for cars also very good. More than happy to revisit.
Nothing to report.

Nice renovation, place was clean, the staff were very friendly and genuine, the location was great , pool area looked nice although not heated.
The wifi didn’t work at all the first night and the Netflix just buffers on the tv. And when it does work it takes 3 hours to watch a 1 hour show due to the stop-start. I gave up and was forced to watch on my phone instead.
The bed was way too hard and was actually sloping to one side.
Be warned that there is a leagues club next door with a play area where kids are literally screaming and screeching at the top of their lungs non-stop until 10pm at night! It is so annoying and you literally can’t hear anything else. it’s crazy no one has complained about this before. It was truly invasive and made me want to leave.
Price was very steep considering it is a motel.
