Auch vor der Saison wurde uns als einzigen Gästen ein Top- Frühstück geboten. Der Service wird hier sehr hoch gehalten. Insgesamt ein schöner alter, dazu gepflegter Palazzo.

The B&B is beautiful, like a real palace!.. the breakfast was generous with fresh fruits and yummy pastries for a decent price and with an excellent view!
my room was dark with not window available, the bed really uncomfortable

Stunning B&B full of charm and character. The building is gorgeous, with a beautiful salon to relax and have breakfast in. The room was spacious and comfortable. It's family-owned, and Gianpiero and his girlfriend were wonderful and very friendly. They were able to accommodate me when I had to spend an extra night. Would absolutely recommend for everyone!
I didn't mind but the only comment is that the WiFi didn't work very well inside my room so I just stepped outside (literally out the door) or sat in the courtyard if I needed it.

The building has a beautiful charm and is on the Main Street with many restaurants and stores. The room is bright and the bathroom is large and fairly modern, although the shower is very small. The air conditioner is very good.
The doors to the hallway are original, so every noise, conversation, movement can be heard in the room. Although there is a balcony, it is only ‘Juliet’, so you cannot sit outside your room. People speaking in the courtyard sound like they are in your room, even with the windows closed.

Great place to stay with a very friendly host. The property is family owned since the 18th century and still oozes the old charm.
The bathroom was not very premium since it is built in in the old building.

Truly unique place to stay. I was in the baroness room with the view on Modica’s most famous church. The owner’s family has lived in the palazzo 200 years and truly cares. The bathrooms are a bit old school stylistically but everything is impeccably clean. Would definitely stay there again

Old house with an atmosphere, good wibes. Very good location in the city centre. Very good breakfast. The room and bedding smelled lovely. We would come back to this house, Modica is beautiful.
We advised that we would arrive at 7:00 p.m. We arrived at 7:15 p.m. and our rooms were not ready yet. Breakfast was ready 15 minutes later, we waited in front of the dining room. Parking is hard to find, you have to find free place along the busy street.

We almost didn’t book this B&B because it said “no parking available.” But it was located right on the main street, Corso Umberto I, with free parking across the street. You can experience the historic family life in their tastefully decorated rooms and corridors, and the bathroom was huge. Substantial breakfast, fridge in the room, lovely hosts (a father-daughter team), and we felt so welcomed. Very close to Duomo di San Giorgio, shops, restaurants and other highlights of Modica.

The welcoming was so great and attentive. Location is great, close to everything, within a walking distance. Bed is very comfortable and the room was big.

This b&b is in a beautiful old building. Our room was big and gorgeous and the breakfast was great. It is an old family home filled with love. Highly recommend.

A special experience staying in a palazzo that has been a family home for over 200 years . The host was extremely accommodating, location ideal right in the middle of Corsica Umberto, the Main Street in Modica, and it was a very good value.
Had a little trouble with the air conditioning but eventually got it going

Gianpero is an extremely helpful and wonderful host. He called us immediately when he saw our car getting towed (free parking rules changed without notice) and also offered to pay the fine while we were rushing to the site!
The house is 200 years old and filled with family heirlooms which Gianpero is very proud to show and offer explanation about. He also explained all the key landmarks in Modica and gave us discount coupons for local restaurants. The room was spacious and had good heating, which is required for the old stone houses. The bathroom was also spacious and there is a generous full length mirror - always good when you are a group of girls travelling.
Honestly, there is nothing to not like. It is a beautiful home and a great host. I hope to come back for a longer stay with my family.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main street but was quiet at night. Our room was very large, with a high frescoed ceiling and antique furniture and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent. Our host, Gianpiero, was extremely friendly and helpful and gave excellent restaurant and sight-seeing recommendations. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by an extra day.
No issues at all.

It is a elegant historical house in the middle of the town. The Handsome host was very patient and pointed all the sightseeing / famous chocolate store / Restaurant.
Of course the Breakfast was also plentiful.
We all like Modica very much, this good B&B living experience was also a important part of the reason.

Very friendly people, checked on us the day after we arrived and made sure we have everything we need. We got top quality recommendations for restaurants and places to see.
Room was a little bit dark because of one window, but it was related to the placement of the room.
