Ok, but nothing to write home about

There was car parking which was good. Very basic motel accomodation. The room was very standard not much colour.

The bathroom was way to cramped. Nowhere to put things.. Just a dull unit that served its purpose

Excellent accomodation for a family with kids.

Excellent accomodation, rooms were spacious and clean . Good for a family. The house is spacious. Central heating and cooling which was an advantage.

The lounge seating needs an upgrade... foam was too soft and uncomfortable o sit .

Comfy bed and ideally located, super friendly and helpful check in staff. Cooked breakfast was a highlight. Room was impecably clean and to a high standard.

It was a good comfortable stay to recover on your road trip.

The location was ideal. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The beds where comfy and good heating facilities.

There were few things in the room that wasn't working like exhaust fan in one toilet and the lights on the mirror which Would have been very helpful for a good shave.

Very good for work trip and would recommend to others.

Lovely comfortable bed, and very clean room, so that was great. Staff, room service, facilities generally and proximity to meetings etc were all very good.

I would say that the bathroom seemed a little tired, but very clean. It is located on a busy intersection, so I would note that sound proofing could be a little better.

Nice place to stay

The Commodore was great. It was comfortable.

The tiles in the entry were very slippery. It had been raining and I just walked in, and nearly ended on my butt. It would have been better with a buffet breakfast.

W espent two nights there and would recommend as a good place to explore the area.

The siting of the Commodore was convenient if you have a car - just minutes from the city’s attractions, and also from the shops. We had a room at the back, so away from the main road, and it was quiet. There is a guest laundry though we didn’t use it. The restaurant was good but quite expensive - we had one breakfast and one dinner there. Coffee, tea , water and biscuits were provided. The bed was comfortable, and there was a sofa and armchair, and a small verandah with a table and chairs. The staff were very helpful.

The bathroom was small and not a lot of ventilation. There was no mirror in the bedroom.

large room with good aspect

bathroom badly designed. cost of food. over 3 weeks in S.A we stayed in 8 motels or resorts in all but 2 we had 2 bottles of complimentry water in fridge - yours was one of the 2 motels that did not have any water at all or charged - you charged $4.50 per bottle - approx. 500% higher than cost of water from stores - also had visit from 2 cockroaches on last night - advised reception when we checked out

I was there for a conference at the Commodore - it worked well!

Nice bar and restaurant which is unusual in motels. Even though we were warned of possible highway noise, this was not an issue at all.

It would be nice if there was a laundry available to guests (other than laundry service charged by item). Although automatic light and ventilation is nice in the bathroom, it wakes up the other person in the room each time.

Comfortable big room, well appointed. Close to centre of town. Modern fittings.

A bit noisy for road facing rooms. They charge you for an extra small long-life milk for your tea if you run out of the measly ones they supply. The concept is offensive rather than the amount, some places know hospitality, some profit..

Very enjoyable in very comfortable surroundings.

It was very convenient to the place where my event took place. I could walk to the evening event and not risk any issues with driving if I consumed a couple of glasses of wine.

The car parking was not allocated by room and so I had to park some distance from my room. Whilst I had little luggage, if I had more luggage it would have meant a few trips to my car and back to the room.
