Great location!

Excellent Beach Hotel. Perfect sandy Beach, ideal for Beach vacation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good private parking with enough space for a rental car. Modern building, very clean.
You have to pay extra 20 Euros per day, for using a sun umbrella and two beach chairs on the beach. In other Hotels, only few kilometers away, use of sun umbrella and beach chairs is included in the daily room rate.
And the Hotel is too far away from downtown Porto Cesareo to simply walk. Means for Restaurant choices, Bars, Caffes, Super Markets, you must use a car or at least a bicycle

Location, clean rooms, breakfast and friendly staff.

The location is perfect. The hotel beach is just I beyond beautiful with the most amazing sunset. Cocktails at the beach bar were very good. Breakfast is continental as in most places in Italy but is very complete with very good cheeses and ham, fresh croissants, bread and cakes. The hotel is super clean, decoration is standard, the staff is always ready to help. We also tried the restaurant which was good.
Hot dishes at the breakfast would be a great addition.
The only complaint I have is the bed, the mattress was not very comfortable and I could feel was not a good quality mattress. I would have give it a 10 if wasn’t for the bed.

The location of this hotel is certainly it's biggest asset! The beach it is set on is dreamy. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The hotel feels dated and a little hostel'y. The beds were old, and not the most comfortable. The patio screen door should be able to open and close from the outside- you can only close it if you're inside. So if you want to sit outside you have to keep your door open, letting in the mosquitos! The bathroom toilet seat was broken. Also in the middle of the night the Air conditioning unit kept tripping the fuse, creating a power outage which in turn switched on the large emergency light right next to our daughters bed, waking her up every five minutes. (hotel staff were very accommodating of this the next day- but not sure this has been fixed since.)

OUTSTANDING ATTITUDE AND SERVICE BY EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF THE HOTEL TEAM. ALWAYS READY TO ASSIST, SUGGEST AND HELP AT ANY STAGE EVEN WHEN THE KITCHEN WAS CLOSED THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. FOR US IT WAS IMPORTANT WITH THE 2 YEARS OLD CHILD. HOTEL IS AT THE BEACH WITH GREAT ATMOSPHERE ALL DAY LONG, BEACH SERVICE BY THE BAR AND CRYSTAL CLEAR SHALLOW WATER, EASILY USED BY LITTLE AND ADULTS. LARGE AND COMFORTABLE ROOMS AND WE APPRECIATED THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE TO AN EVEN BETTER ROOM THROUGH THE STAY. SECURED AND LARGE UNDERCOVER CAR PARK AT THE HOTEL. WE USED HOTEL BICYCLES TO STROLL AROUND THE TOWN AND ENJOY A FANTASTIC OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE BY THE MARVELLOUS JONIAN SEA. VERY RECOMMENDABLE TO EVERYONE UNDER ALL POINTS OF VIEW.
THE HOT BREAKFAST OPTIONS COULD BE INCLUDING OTHER OPTIONS HOWEVER ALL IS SUPER FRESH AND VERY WELL PRESENTED.
