Enjoyable and relaxing

Comfy bed, really clean room. We had an ocean view and it was quiet and relaxing. Food was good too. Adults only a bonus too.

Not much, it was all really nice. I suppose the only thing is it's not on a sandy beach, however beaches elsewhere are accessible and not too far away.

Beautiful location close to town for Saturday markets.

Great location on the waters edge with beautiful views out at the ocean. Had a glimpse of two whales going past on my first evening staying at the resort even though it was a bit late in the whale season

Accommodation was clean but shower and vanity had black mould which was very off putting Property looking a little tired but more affordable than other resorts.

Comfy beds, nice pool area and swim up bar

Some staff were not very friendly, gluten free bread provided at breakfast must have been in the freezer for months as it had freezer burn and was unedible. Restaurant meal took nearly 90 mins to be served, however food was tasty. Need to pay for wifi.

Staff were friendly, Gardens were lovely. Location for us good. Lunch menu food was good.

Original rooms are tired. Rooms are not particularly clean. Aircon rattled loud enough to keep you awake. $350 bond takes 10 working days to return post check out. 3.5% credit card fees.

Beautiful stay.

It was in a handy location and right on the beach, Bar in the pool and restaurant. Comfy beds and clean rooms.

I didnt like that i booked a Pool side room and when i arrived they told me they had “upgraded me” But my room had no view of the beach or pool so definitely wasn’t an upgrade. Apart from that it was great.

Another piece of paradise.

Friendly staff, ocean location, whale show out the front, Fishing Club and Tamarind House close by for other restaurants. You can swim out the front, don’t let the coral fool you. We had big minds so didn’t, but went down beachcombing.

About a 20-30 minute walk to town, a little shorter by the water.

Everything you need

We enjoyed the tropical breakfast, the room and balcony was great. The view was stunning, especially sitting at the bar. Room clean, and had everything we needed. Pool was cooler than the sea, but it was nice and refreshing.

Staff briiliant, food great, our stay was so good.Emele at reception superb, Tamata in security, what a lovely person. Sue in dining room also a lovely person. On the whole, our stay was superb. Would not stay anywhere else!

That staff is very attentive and kind. The view is incredible and the facilities are comfortable. It is very nice to have a drink by the pool. The food is delicious and has a reasonable price.

Everything was amazing. The location of Club Raro Resort is great, easy to find and very close to everything. The staff are absolutely incredible!! They took time out of their day to get to know myself and my family. They constantly made an effort to look out for my children and entertain them, make them laugh. My children felt so comfortable around all of the staff. I myself loved chatting to staff and they were very helpful and accommodating when it came to helping me out with a few things! Room service was spot on, always came back to a beautiful clean room.
