Location - in the middle of Chapinero, tram station just across the hotel. I felt safe. Supermarket etc very close. It takes around 30 mins of walking to the centre. They provided a shuttle service from/to the airport.
My room was on the upper floor with window looking on the main street. I liked the atmosphere and music from the bar across. They asked me if I want a room on the other side which is quiet, but I didn’t want.
Nice, spacious room, good shower and hot water. It was clean.
Staff - kind, helpful, they were taking care about everything
Wi-Fi worked great.
In general, good value for money.
There was no hair dryer in the room

There was no toilet paper, and there was a piece of wet paper stick on a wall of the bathroom
4.5 / 5.0
The bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location good with shops all around and transport right outside, such as public transport stop. They allowed me a little later checkout for no extra cost, which I appreciated INternet also worked well! Good start to the Bogota visit. Many thanks!
The street outside has lots of traffic. The room was maybe a little small. But anyways, one gets what one pays for.

The staff were great. Nestor was helpful when I checked in late at night despite the language barrier. It's central and near the buses.
It might not be the best spot if you're a light sleeper.
3.0 / 5.0
The beds were comfortable.
The hot water can run out as it's heated by electricity. The internet does not work everywhere in the hotel. I had to change the room. The building is old and some of the bathroom windows don't close.

I enjoyed my stay. WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE WAS PAYING TWICE FOR MY RIDE TO THE AIRPORT.
1. I PAID FRONT DESK PERSON (Freddie)!
2. After arrival to the airport taxi driver asked me to pay him for my ride.
PHOTO OF TAXI DRIVER AND HIS BADGE ATTACHED!
I really enjoyed my stay until my very last day. I asked front desk person (Freddie) to organise my transfer to EL DORADO AIRPORT and he did and then he he asked me to pay him so I did and soon after my taxi arrived. I was taken to the airport and then taxi driver asked me for money. I wish to know if I was robbed by Freddie or by taxi driver do thst is why you have 5 and not 10 in my feedback.

The room was very small, but clean and they have hot showers.
here was no breakfast that I could see, the wifi did not work while I was there. They did not let me check in early, they said that instead I would have to pay for the previous night in order to check in before 3pm, which was ridiculous.
4.0 / 5.0
Everything what you need for a short stay. Good location, easy to reach, close to party reas, restaurants, supermarkets and in front on bus stop.
Not bad staff!
Very simple and old room.
There was a strange situation the night before my arrival - I got a privat message (not via Booking.com!!) that they do not have a free room for me and I should not come and should cancel my booking (which I couldn't do for free). I didn't and I on the end everything was fine, but it was very unpleasant especially that the hotel was full of free rooms.
Booking.com also made a bad job, since ignored me completely, very unprofessional.
