Helena the hostess is the best!!!!
She helped us so much, we had problems with our ferry and with a few phone calls she sorted out all our open questions and directed us exactly how to get new ferry tickets.
The crew from the Bar were extremely friendly and made our kids laugh.
No doubt, this will be our place to stay next time.

Beautiful location. Probably the best on the island.
Very professional, helpful, well mannered and friendly staff.
Could do with some renovation for the price they charge for the rooms.

Breakfast was very nice and staff worked so hard, Elena was very welcoming, the bar staff worked so hard, shame the bar owner does not appreciate them! Please see our experience below.
Nice pool, needs more shade, very quiet as it was too hot to sit by. Very clean. Beach is after the beach bar with beds included for hotel guests. The beach is not private and anyone can hire the beds, so busier than we expected as we thought it was private for the hotel. The restaurant next to hotel was excellent and all the tavernas have great food!
Sadly, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable with no mattress or pillow protectors. The bed would be improved by a good quality mattress topper.
We had a premium upper floor room, which was more expensive than the below-ground-level pool rooms, so were very disappointed by the shower which was a dribble of either cold or very hot water, which just changed all the time and I burnt myself twice! I just had very weak cold showers after that, difficult to wash your hair in it. The shower head was hanging off also. Usual bad drain smell of Greek toilets!
Poor lighting in the room, just 3 little side lights, so, difficult to get ready in the evening.
The staff that cleaned the rooms were excellent.
We did have an issue that our taxi for the airport wasn't booked when promised, no iron for a day and no pool towels for 2 days.
Breakfast was very nice, but disorganised as it is a joint venture with a different owner for the bar where the breakfast is served. The owner of the bar chain smoked every morning (in fact ALL day) and it blew into the food, rather unpleasant and she just glared at the hotel guests, grumpy face, with her feet on the CHAIRS sometimes, taking selfies of herself and shouting at the very pleasant kitchen and bar staff. Perhaps she needs to go to hospitality school, learn to speak to staff privately and stop smoking over our food! Breakfast was kind of ruined by her, she's an older lady who just sits staring at the guests, never a hello or smile, seems very unhappy to be there!???

Do not try the food at the bar, it was very bad

Hotel is at the perfect spot. Beautiful beach, clean water. Staff on top of every task. Top shelf range. We enjoyed in every minute spent over there.

One of the prettiest beaches I have seen
Friendly and helpful staff
Reasonable prices for snack bar
Good sized pool
Proximity to the beach
Very clean rooms
Good taverns nearby
Good breakfast
Beach has big pebbles + water was a bit colder due to some currents
Beach gets very busy during the day with people who come just for a day
Overall all was good, but felt overpriced for my taste

Our room was clean, everything else about the hotel is ok, beside value for money.
Breakfast is not good (an example that sums it up: the juices are e.g. „Fanta“ mixed with water instead of orange juice). Rooms are outdated and interior is loveless. Pool area and beach is ok, but reminds more on a cheap all inclusive hotel.

Fantastic location on one of the nicest beaches around. The setting is incredible. Staff were also really kind and helpful.
We stayed in the maisonette. It seemed to be much more dated than the rest of the rooms and is in need of renovation for it’s price per night.
Wifi only works between 6 and 8am. Rest of the day you can expect to be wifi free.
On a number of occasions we were unable to shower due to extreme low water pressure unable to get water through the shower hose.
For the price paid, these amenities need to be better.

The location, The View, The Sea, Staff.
The location is great and we had a lot of fun at the beach and Kraken (bar and restaurant). The view is amazing and also the staff are friendly. although we thought they were nice we got an off feeling sometimes from the younger staff, it seemed like they were talking about you or laughing at you behind your back..
Hygiene, Airco, Swimmingpool, Room.
The pool is full of wasps and insects. The pool is also unhygienic, we got a lot of pimpels and rash between our toes. The airco goes off in the middle of the night by itself. The wifi is not working and the water pressure in the bathroom is very bad. We also didn’t like breakfast, but that’s just preference. The room is small and doesn’t live up to the photo’s and expectations you see online.

The location was incredible with nice loungers on the beach, a really nice pool, and bar and restaurant onsite, but also walking distance to several other good restaurants on the beach. The staff was so nice and helpful they made us feel very welcome!
The older rooms could use an update, but were perfectly comfortable and the views from the balconies erased all concerns. We did stay in an updated room our last night and it was beautiful.

The best place to stay in Skopelos if you want to have some private beach and also high quality service. The hotel is perfect for leisure time at the beach.
Balconies are a bit too close to neighbors so you do not feel very private
10.0 / 10.0
The location of hotel is one of the best in the Skopelos, because the hotel is located at Panormos Beach, which is the largest beach covered with golden sand. At the premise of the hotel, there is a restaurant which offer very good quality lunch and dinner.
The quality of breakfast is not so good. They offer eggs and other foods, but they are armature level.

Location... So calm and pieceful with nice taverns and an excellent beach... Perfect as a small paradise.

Location was very good and being next to the beach was lovely. Rooms were very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately the bed was hard, AC was a bit to loud.

The good location and the beachfront.
Moreover, the only good thing was the kindness of the staff and their willingness to help when we had problems with the room, the bed the water pressure, the internet and the parking. Special credits we give to Dimitrios and Mrs Soula and Mr Kostas. Apart from their excellent assistance, the hotel was extremely poorly managed and the owner needs to take responsibility for the incompetent management and the poor facilities offered! EXTREMELY OVERRATED AND PRICED for what was offered. Very disappointed.
There was no water pressure, not enough hot water, no internet connection, the TV was not functioning, there was no private parking for the hotel guests as it was shared with other restaurants and of course no sun protection for the cars... We have booked a double bed and they gave us 2 small single beds while the room was dramatically small and without privacy. This was a “rooms to let” room with a price of a hotel room. Unacceptable. Very unprofessional. We stay at the 2nd floor but the room was under the reception desk and very noisy.
