Camera stupenda, tre stanze indipendenti, bagno e corridoio tra le stanze. Ski room comoda e ottimo ristorante e pizzeria. Personale disponibile e gentile. Pulizia accurata.

It was pretty good but I think you can find better value for money.

Breakfast was great aside from the coffee. The restaurant for dinner was lovely.

Could have had better spa and/or laundry facilities. Room service without a 8 Euro charge.

Was OK, but below expectations

Location is one of the best in the village, staff was friendly and helpful, large heated ski lockers

The room size of the "three bedroom suite" was too small, I highly doubt it is 50sqm as advertised, would not recommend to book it for four people. Poor lighting in the room and subpar WiFi There's no mountain view. Private entrance? Desk? I do not mind but why put it in the description? Breakfast is minimal, not what you would expect from a 4-star Italian hotel

it’s location and lunch and dinner are amazing, staff are brilliant

The breakfast is a huge let down, completely sub standard, poor choice and quality. You have the most amazing team and location but you really need to do better with this.

Few days skiing

There is very interesting design of the hotel. Location is perfect - 100m from ski lift. The staff is very friendly, sauna well prepared, and restaurant - one of the best in town.

Room was tiny, but I guess this myst be kind of standard in the ski resorts and older hotels. Breakfast is tasty but … limited choice, on 5th day you may want just to skip it. There is only public parking available - be carefull - you can get ticket if you leave your car on Monday between 9-11AM while they’re plowing snow.

Not really a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star hotel.

The location was good. Close to the lifts.

- The breakfast was poor. The brewed Coffee was very watery. The cheese was dry. No vegetables. No Bacon. Not a breakfast worthy a 4 star hotel. - Small rooms with too much furniture and nowhere to put your big suitcases. - There was a bad sewage smell in the basement and in the stairs. - Not soundproof walls. You could hear the neighbours.

Breakfast is good, even if I would have expected more local and/or typical products.

Room size and furniture doesn't really look like a 4 stars hotel.

Very enjoyable, would return

This is a very nice hotel with great staff and in a perfect location for the slopes and main town. Beds were comfy although the three bedroom suite is smaller than what we thought it would be. I would definitely stay here again although would continue to eat breakfast out as the choice was very limited.

The Breakfast was very poor,only 2 kind of eggs,some ham and cheese, 1 kind croissant and 3 kind koflex. The reason i mention that is the restaurant that take place the breakfast at night is a very expensive restaurant. Poor breakfast(2 star hotel) not for 4 star hotel

room 207 has a big extraction unit outside it which creates a loud humming noise and makes it hard to sleep

Gravina was a relaxing place to be after a long day in the slopes

the sauna and the heated lockers

Way too much salt on the breakfast scrambled eggs. The blow dryer was very weak.

Central location

Breakfast, bad value for money, spa was closed, not really an "art hotel", uncomfortable double bed and pillows, no views on the mountains, tv had bad signal

Great and flexible stay

Great room in the middle of town. The service was pleasant and we were allowed to check out very late, so we got a full day of summer skiing. The room was really nice.

Breakfast was quite dull and uninspired but that might have been because of COVID restrictions.

OK place in Cervinia

Nice hotel recently refurbished, very central.

We could not access the “wellness centre” because of renovation works and this was not flagged before our stay. Breakfast was poor quality and variety. The mattress was quite uncomfortable, and the room was a bit noisy because of central location nearby a café with music.
