메인 건물이 굉장히 고풍스럽고 멋져요. 신관은 spa건물인데 수영장과 월풀 등 갖춰져서 애들 수영 가능해서 꼭 수영복 챙겨 가세요. 신관 2층에서 테라스로 나가면 소가 풀 뜯는 풍경도 보여요. 조식은 잉글리시 블랙퍼스트인데 매우 맛나고 더 달라고 하면 더 줘요. 구운빵은 감탄스럽게 고소해요. 식기류가 너무 이쁘고 직원들 친절하고요. 조용한 작은 마을인데 산책하기 좋고 가까이 마트랑 성당도 있고, 타이음식점도 있어요. 룸은 엄청 크고 깨끗, 화장실 엄청 크고 욕조가 넓고 천장으로 하늘이 보여서 낭만적. 어메니티 무지 많이 주고 냉장고에 스틸워터. 스파클링워터. 오랜지주스. 사과주스 레모네이드 콜라 커피캡슐 홍차 등 굉장히 풍부하게 줍니다. 최고였어요.

콜라 뚜껑을 따는 오프너가 있었다몀 좋았겠어요

Very good

The spa is wonderful, really peaceful atmosphere. Clean and well maintained. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the gardens are stunning.

No shower in our Cosy room, just a bath. Drinks in the bar are really expensive.

Spa is fabulous. Restaurant delightful. Great location.

We had the cosy room but as two people over six foot there should be a warning that you will not be able to stand up, the bed is tiny and shower is not usable. Also just a thin door connecting to next room and could hear their every word from 6am.

The restaurant was very quiet and a bit stuffy. Some background music and spreading out diners throughout the room could help create a nicer vibe. We booked an 8pm table to maximise time in the spa and we felt a bit rushed through our meal despite the staff being very friendly

I'm 6ft 4 inches and couldn't stand up straight in the bathroom, so showering wasn't an option, and was difficult to enter of leave the room without bumping into door frames etc. Apparently there are bigger rooms available, might be good for the hotel to check the height of their guests !

Marvellous, comfortable - the best spa ever!

Beautiful products in the bathroom - amazing decor and friendly staff. Ver.y comfortable bed and all efforts made to make the room warm and cosy on a winter's eve.

Very little! It would be a nice treat to have more options for room service at different times of day if desired. Also a few more options in the spa food menu would be great. But really, it is magical!

The spa facilities were very good both winter and summer. The village is very quaint with good pubs and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was good.

The staff were a bit off and not very friendly. The heating is the rooms was very variable and the pillows were very soft

amazing place, staff are all first rate, really friendly, really welcoming. the hotel is an old tudor house, and has the warm cosy feel of a cottage, big open fires, cosy reception rooms, bedroom was really comfy as well. everything about it is old and chunky in a good way the spa is the polar opposite, modern, immaculate highly recommended, even if you dont fancy the spa

Spa was amazing as were the spa staff especially Evie

Maitre’d at dinner. Not discreet - concentrated on the larger tables, ignored the rest.
