Worth the money and great place to stay with amazing view

The property is in front of the lake which is perfect. It is also very near the central city around 3-5 minutes walk. The room is also very spacious and well equipped. There is a refrigerator, microwave oven, cooking range, dinnerware, dishwashing liquid etc. For the bed, they also have a heating pad which was great during winter. I didn’t drive but I saw that there is a parking and it is also near a bus stop where you can ride to the airport. Reception was also friendly and accommodating.

Was good value for money.

The beds were comfortable. Electric blankets were awesome and the views were spectacular. Shower water pressure was really good too. Tidy.

Needs a bit of updating as the kitchen benchtop and bathroom sink was flaking. Wouldn’t have used the oven.

It was not a pleasant stay.

This accomodation was nothing more than a glorified backpacker room. It was noisy and uncomfortable.

Location

Not been thoroughly cleaned dirty cotton bud on bathroom floor. Tear in sheet and armchair had a burn on the back. Stains on the carpet.

Toiletries, especially the body wash and shampoo were too good . Beds were comfortable. View from the room was just magical. We had an excellent stay. Definitely will come back for another stay.

Was happy with my room and the service I received.

Mr room was clean and comfortable and was okay for me. Was basically used as somewhere to sleep and shower as I explored around the area.

clean room and very good bedding. the staff was very responsive. the weak point is the wifi. in all other hotels it is free without any constraint

Shocking stairs and railings up to room, no milk in room to make a cup of tea some from the office brought my bag to my room But nobody answering the morning of the 1st to bring by bag down and no wine in the officer to take the room key when I left Saturday morning

Confortable large room, easy walk to town.

Easy walk into Queenstown, spacious, updated bathroom and great size kitchen with full fridge. Lovely lake view.

On a very busy street so you do have traffic noise and off street parking was a bit cramped. Only a bar heater and it was freezing so had to pull a blanket out of the cupboard.

we stayed 8 nights & had to ask for the room to be cleaned & they only changed the sheets after 5 days not good enough

Location and parking.

The place needs a total makeover. Comfy and clean bed. Don't think it has been cleaned properly for years. Broken foldout bed in lounge. Finger marks everywhere would not stay again.

Bad service and dirty..

The only redeeming feature of the property is the view and being walking distance to town. I would not recommend at all.

The place is falling apart Promoted as a motel but very scungy, ajoining a backpackers of the same style rooms. Slipped on dangerous stairs in wet.

Staff were great, property close to town, over the road from the Lake fab view

Mould on ALL windows sills in our room For 2 beds only 1 extra blanket pillows hard

Great spot for a flying visit for work. Easy after hours check in and great location in central Queenstown

Great location beautiful view. Easy access and parking.

There is a bit of road noise but the view more than makes up for that

Very affordable & convenient location to walk into Q/T, bus to Airport & alot of attractions

Location, view and ease to get to airport with the bus stop 100 mtres away.

The interior was a little dated in the kitchen area and it was a liottle noisy being on the main road.

Nasty 🤢

Veiw was nice

Steps leading up to the room felt like they were going to break underneath us, definitely need replaced. Room smelt really bad, room wasn't cleaned properly as there were a yoghurt lid on the floor and a empty Ben and Jerry ice cream container left in the fridge. It just felt like we would catch some sort of illness from the room. Would not recommend, would not book at this place ever again.

IWhen arrived at room there was an awful smell. One over bed light was dangling by a wire and no where to plugg in blanket on one side of bed

Wonderful views and a great location.

The room was beautifully warm when we arrived on a cold day. The views of Queenstown Bay and the surrounding mountains from the second floor and above are superb. Also, it is a pleasant 5 to 10 minute lakeside walk into town with great shops and restaurants, or easy access to a lakeside walking / running track to Sunshine Bay in the opposite direction.

We did not like having to leave!

Very very dirty wanted to leave if he had not taken my money out of my card and left early

The location

Terrible it was very dirty. Dirty tissues on the floor. Cups and dishes dirty. Just yuck. The office hours 9 till 7 arrived at 6.45pm no 1 there. Waited till 9.10 am to check out now there People waiting as we on't show . Found tape in my car and stuck key to the door. Will not be staying again with covid I would think things should be extra clean and rrom has not be cleaned in a 6 months if not longer.

Great location and views. The lakeside is just across the road, and it's just a few minutes walk to town for restaurants and shops.

A little bit of basic maintenance here and there would add a lot to the place.
